Disclaimer: I used the image of the flag in an upside down position to signify a signal of distress. In no way, shape or form do I mean disrespect. The flag is right-side up when Dr. King speaks of this nation rising up, just sparking thought not animosity. •
“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” - Martin Luther King Jr. •
Nor did I want to use clips from his speech to show off cars. The deeper meaning behind it being that these cars are driven by people of different age, background, upbringing, and ethnicities who were more than happy to be a part of a parade in honor of Dr. King. I’m just glad to be a part of such an amazing team of people. I hope Dr. King’s words resonate until they ring true.
