Maintenance Requests 👨🔧: Any request for maintenance service in your apartment should be reported to our office. NOTE: Emergency Requests should be called in. All other requests can be made by phone or through your online residential portal. If it is a non-emergency, we will try to address these requests within two business days. Emergency issues received take first priority. Please note that appliance repairs can take several days to complete if parts need to be ordered or if any outside technician needs to make the repairs. Emergency situations may include but are not limited to: NO Heat/ Air conditioning in extreme conditions, fire and flooding. The on-call maintenance technician will contact you on the number you provide.
