So close to my goal and will continue with the coffee on and off to maintain 👌 every time I've managed to lose weight and stopped what I've been doing I end up back to square 1. But just having a coffee now and again won't he hard to stick to 😁

*NEWS FLASH* Eating Fat does not make you fat. The only thing that will increase your weight is eating a calorie surplus (consuming more calories than we burn)
Fat is essential to our every day health and helps our body function properly and should be included in our everyday diet. But it all depends on what fats we eat.
Monounsaturated and Polyunsatrated Fats (healthy fats)
Mono’s are found in Olive Oil, Avacado 🥑, Nuts 🥜, Seeds and Nut Butters. Poly’s are found in oily fish like Salmon and Mackeral (Omega 3). We should eat 2 portions of oily fish a week to get enough Omega 3 as the body does not produce this.
Eating the right fats can lower the risk of heat disease, lower the risk of some cancers, increase our energy, promote healthy brain 🧠 function and fills us up more promoting weight loss.
Sat Fats are found in red meat 🥩, cheese 🧀, butter, refined vegetable oils and cream. We should try ad limit these as much as possible and no more than a third of our fat intake should be saturated fats. Simple swaps like reduced fat cheese, leaner cuts of red meat like fillet steak, semi skimmed milk (no one likes skimmed 🤷🏼♂️) coconut oil (still saturated but better than vegetable oil) can reduce our saturated fat intake.
These increase our risk of heart disease and heart attack.
*WARNING* whether classed as a healthy or unhealthy fat, all fats are calorific. They contain 9 kcal per gram compared to carbs and protein which contain 4 kcals per gram. If your on a weight loss journey you need to track the amounts of all fats you consume so make sure you stay in a calorie deficit.
