So I went to church today. 😳 It’s not a big deal, but I haven’t been in a REALLY LONG TIME. .
The message they taught today was about loneliness and being alone. Sometimes when you experience loneliness, you fall into sin. And I will admit I have been doing that. .
Ever since moving home and not having MY OWN place, it’s HARD! I am very much a person who needs my bubble with NO ONE around. Me time is ok. Loneliness, can end in sin. In my case, I work in a bar so therefore I result to alcohol as my outlet.
In the realization of the situation, I decided to work more. Just so I can stay out of falling into a depression. The sermon at church today tho, was about surrounding yourself in a community of like minded people who lift you up and will be there for you in your time of need. .
It really spoke to me today. The few times I’ve gone to @tfhvacaville the message always hits home. Thank you @catgoring for making me go. That reason of surrounding yourself with like minded people is why I started this business. .
I can’t find the right type of “friends” or just people I vibe with in my home town. I found MY PEOPLE on here! On social media, and I am SO SO grateful! My life wouldn’t be the same without this opportunity. .
So I am reaching out to those who feel like they are alone in this world. To those who feel like they struggle through day to day activities because they don’t have a boyfriend/ girlfriend. Or a partner in general. .
You don’t have to be. I AM HERE!! WE ARE HERE!! There are people in this world who will SUPPORT YOU. If you feel like this, I URGE YOU to reach out. You are loved and you are wanted. .
Let’s rule this world together. .

Transitioning From Cut to Lifestyle
“Zach, how did you transition from your cut to being able to maintain those results!?”
At the very end (last 2 weeks) of my cut Macros:
In the grand scheme of things, if I wanted to get stage level lean (striations in my butt cheeks) then I would’ve had to dig wayyy deeper than this. Goal was lifestyle shredded.
So I accomplished my goal but the real goal was to play around with different ways to maintain this level of conditioning while: eating more calories while not being glutinous, cardio lifestyle based (I love to walk so 10-15k steps per day is a lifestyle for me), training around my lifestyle, gym performance ⬆️, energy ⬆️, keeping creativity ⬆️, improving sleep, improving digestion, varying food sources and many other things
👍🏻 So the key changes past 2 weeks:
First 4-5 days after cut ended:
👌🏻 I knew weight would go up a couple pounds so didn’t stress over that. Knew it would regulate once the refeeding was over.
New Macros post refeeding of carbs:
300-350g Carbs (listen to hunger and hit baseline of 300g)
🤙🏻 Why this much Carbs?
Carbs are your friend if you live an active lifestyle. Don’t let anyone fear monger you into thinking otherwise.
✳️ Why drop your protein? Carbs are muscle sparing AKA the more carbs you have to fuel your life/training, the less protein your body has to use for energy.
✳️ Why are fats still kinda low? They will continue to rise over time. My goal right now is to get those carbs a workin. My body just LOVES carbs 🙂
So what are my Initial Results since making these changes?
✅ Workouts, Sleep, Creativity, Mood all have improved
✅ NEAT has naturally wanted to increase
✅ Hunger ⬇️
✅ Weight only up 2lbs
Let me know in the comments what your key takeaway from this post was? Curious to see which one it was!? I highly recommend finding a coach that can help with this. FDL has not offered coaching in over a year but we are opening it back up. So shoot me a DM if you are interested and I will personally shoot you over the link to apply!

**EN 🇺🇸 ** Have you ever felt guilty about eating yummy meals without your family? 90% of my clients are moms and we always talk about how we save the healthy and expensive foods for our kids. Berries are expensive, nuts are expensive. So we save everything for them and then, we eat crap or their leftovers.
Today I created a new pancakes recipe and I ate the whole pancakes tower all by myself. Usually I just take some but today I said, Hey! I deserve to eat them all! This is one of my best pancakes recipes!
I have called it A Green Unicorn Pancakes because they have the colors of my brand and have lot of nutrients on them. Plus they taste like a fancy restaurant pancake. They taste expensive and loved it!!! Make them in batches and save them for the whole week. You can eat the whole pancake tower!!! No guilt! * 1 banana * 1 egg * 1 Cup of almond milk * 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder @bobsredmill * 1 cup of spinach * 1 cup of organic oats * 1/4 cup of blueberries
Blend all the ingredients but the blueberries. When cooking the pancakes, wait for one side to be cooked, flip them and add the blueberries on top, them flip again for them to cook thoroughly.
Make it vegan: just remove the egg!

Rainbow Summer Rolls by @thetastyk. Ingredients -
For the rolls:
For the sauce:
1 Tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp soy/tamari sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp hot sauce (like sriracha)
2-4 Tbsp hot water (depends on desired consistency)
1.Slice all the vegetables and fruits into thin strips/pieces about 5-6 cm long.
2.Take a rice paper wrapper and soak it into warm water from both sides until it softens.
3.Place it on a cutting board and arrange the fresh ingredients in the centre of the sheet horizontally (starting with the lettuce).
4.Fold the rice paper over the ingredients (pushing them back) and fold the sides in towards the middle like a burrito. Roll it up firmly until the end and put aside.
5.After you finished the rolls you can cut them in half and place on a serving platter or a bowl.
6.For the sauce, mix all ingredients together and stir until you get a creamy dip (add more water for desired consistency).
