If you’re interested in buying a designer item, here are my 3 top tips
Buy pre-loved! There are so many bargains to be found in vintage stores and pre loved stores - personally I would avoid eBay for anything priced higher than £50
If you don’t fancy pre-loved, check out outlets and fill your boots
Wait for the sales. So not all brands do sales and in my experience the bigger the brand then the less likely they are to do sales. But there out there for the cheaper to medium brands
Personally, I always buy from @webuydesigner (not an ad!) cause I know it’s authentic and priced well. Also I can sell items I’ve done with in to buy new ones! Success!

When I was about 20, a friend of friend moved house and my friend told me they were shocked at how little they had to move. However, they said that what she did have was amazing quality. Well, it always stuck with me and it was my first real experience hearing about what I now know was a combination of minimalism and frugality. She clearly only purchased what gave her joy and would last her for life. I never met this woman but she, in a very strange way, is someone I think of when I’m tempted to buy useless shite 🖤 Thank you stranger for influencing me in a way you didn’t even mean to.
