Hey Heartbeats!😊👋🏽💜 This is the longest I have gone without posting 😱 I am in the middle of working everyday and finding another job so excuse my tardiness with these posts...this particular post means so much to me because one of my New Years resolutions is to be genuinely happy no matter what life decides to throw at me...I have been fighting depression and anxiety since I was about 15 years old and the most important thing I have learned from the experience is how to FIGHT👊🏽...there were many times where I wanted to GIVE UP and take my own life but every single time I fell into that dark pit something in me would cause me to RISE UP!...I would never hit the bottom...and that same something is what caused me to PROMISE myself that I would never let ANYTHING stand in the way of MY happiness ever again...not depression, not anxiety, not friends who walked away, not men who could not see the wife in me, not famiy, NOTHING. I will be happy. No, its not easy...not even a little...but I am a WARRIOR...and no matter how hard I fall I will ALWAYS get back up... #HitMeWithYourBestShot#IWillWin#WeAreWarriors#ThankYouGod#Happiness 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
When holding a warrior pose, you are building the muscles in your body and strengthening your standing stability. It is hard, and there are moments when you feel like your legs will give out. I promise you that you can breathe yourself through the pressure. I promise you that you can bring more focus through the loud pounding sensations in your body. And when you do, you are changing the way your brain thinks. With every accomplishment, you are telling yourself over and over again that you CAN! BODYFLOW™️ will challenge you, but the feeling of strength, accomplishment, and focus brought into the mind body and spirit are ALL so rewarding. Find your center in a world of pressure and just breathe. You are strong enough. Love, Instructor Emily #bodyflow#lesmills#strongerthanyouknow#breathe#anxiety#depression#selfworth#axiomfitness#focus#clarity#wearewarriors#birdpose
New Zealand Warriors: Stud, Cash Cow and Dud.
🔥STUD: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck - $535,100 - The Guru believes the Warriors skipper will step up and have more touches of the rock in 2019 after the departure of SJ. We wouldn’t be surprised to see him shift into more of a floating halves roll at times, he may even wear the 6/7 if times get desperate in the post SJ era. Whilst RTS is a highlights reel on legs, he still pumped out an average of 28 base stats a game in 2018. A base stat average of 28 with his high ceiling puts him in the elite caliber of Super Coach players. There’s no reason for his scores to drop in 2019, we’re tipping they will slightly increase this season.
🐄CASH COW: Chanel Harris-Tavita - $168,100 - The Guru will never pretend like he knows everything and to be honest we have not seen much of Harris-Tavita, apart from his scorpion kick try (google it if you don’t know). However he is expected to fill the boots of SJ in 2019 and at a base value of $168,100 you’d be silly not have him or who ever is named in the 7 for Round 1. Good luck Chanel, hope you get the start and do well! ✊
🍋DUD: Blake Green - $347,600 - Now before I cop a spray from every fan from the 37 clubs around the world that Blake Green has played for, let me point out that Blake Green is a fantastic footballer and is extremely under rated. Some players scores in SuperCoach though, like Green’s and Cronk’s, don’t fairly reflect their great ability. Green is unfortunately one of these footballers, don’t fall for the trap of thinking ‘Johnson has left, Blake Green will step up and do more in attack’. You’re not wrong, Green will do more and will control and steer the warriors around the park but it won’t be reflected in his Super Coach score. He will remain irrelevant for Super Coach in 2019. .
@sdlegion FANS! Are you ready to see your boys in RED & BLACK back in action? Check out the TOP-5 Tries from last year's @usmlr season.
Which try is your favorite?
5. Anthony Salaber cleans up a messy kick for a score!
4. @ryanmatyas1 gathers a nice offload at pace.
3. @jpdup13 breaks the line, fools defenders with a dummy, and the ball finds Anthony Salaber who jets through Houston defenders to put it down.
2. The "So-Cal Beef" from the @sdlegion forward pack powers through houston's try-line defense to win it in the 82nd minute!
1. A very pretty cross kick to the corner 👀
|| BWFC U5’s & U6’s | 16/01 || ————————————————————————————
A HUGE well done to everyone in attendance tonight, with a very high standard on football on show!
The U5’s boys were split into three groups, working on transitioning, moving the ball and closing down the attackers who seeked to shift the ball quickly on the night. The drills were very technical this evening; the high standard shown testament to the hard work and ability of the children! ————————————————————————————
The U6’s topics on the night focussed on shape and passing. The sixes worked the ball from the goalkeeper to the striker who would then practice getting the shot away, bettering their end product. The passing and striking ability on show displayed clear signs of progression within each individual which was lovely to oversee. ————————————————————————————
A BIG well done to both cohorts this evening who displayed wonderful skill sets. The progressions of both groups is remarkable with the little gems showing even bigger glimpses of excellence each week! ————————————————————————————
A HUGE well done to U6’s ‘Star Player’ Alfie. The improvements he has made in recent weeks have been amazing to see, making him fully deserving of the award.
Our U5’s ‘Star Player’ was this week awarded to Grayson who performed excellently, demonstrating great listening skills alongside his passing and superb striking ability. Well done Grayson - Keep it up! ————————————————————————————
Well done all - another wonderful evening of football! ————————————————————————————

Warriors to strong for Pistols
The Bharat Warriors have kicked off 2019 where they left last year with a 8.5.53 to 6.3.39 win over the Parkville Pistols.
The Warriors who dominated the first half had the opposition in awe of their elite ball movement and slick skills. The first half blitz was highlighed with a stunning coast-to-coast play which finished with a goal to Christian Papas. Christian Papas was the Wariors best player finishing with 5 goals playing a midfield-forward role. A trimmed down Yasser Hussain found the goals again slotting through three majors while working well in the forward line with Gagandeep Gill. Banpreet Singh put in a solid performance as a key defender using his size to out muscle his opponents.
The second half saw Parkville pick up the intensity and fought their way back into the game. Prasan Singh provided a cool head through the midfiel and continues to fly under the radar of opposition teams while picking up plenty of the ball. Parkville again hit back late in the game but it was all to late with the Warriors running out victors by 14 Points.
Bharat Warriors 8.5.53
Parkville Pistols 6.3.39
BFC Goals: 5 Christian Papas, 3 Yasser Hussain
Best: Christian Papas, Prasan Singh, Jason Papas, Gagandeep Gill, Banpreet Singh, Sana Singh, Yasser Hussain

"Everything is gonna be allright" .
