W H A T I F . . .
you just loved and believed?
Oh, how different life would be! Has anyone had a bit of a dip this past week? I’m blaming the full moon. But I have felt my energy sink.
I feel that this is a cycle for me - get really excited and manifesting and in flow...Then my energy drops and the flow stops and I fall back into old habits and old conditioning that doesn’t serve me. Boom. Back down to earth and lack and flat.
My ego took a bit of a hit last week and since then, I haven’t fully recovered. I’ve gone into Cindra dislike mode and I’m not about it. Interestingly enough, this has come about just as I have announced my paid Facebook membership group with our first challenge being self love! Universe always takes you through what you need to teach.
I know I am enough. That this little pattern of mine needs to come to an end. Sure, we’re all going to have days/weeks/periods when we suffer and don’t have a lot to give. But it doesn’t need to sabotage us.
If we believed we were enough, the struggle would mostly fall away. Each of us have something extraordinary to bring to the table, if we could just let it come through. Getting out of our own way is the hardest, but if we could just love ourselves, we could get there.
I feel this full moon phase for me shifted a lot. But also showed me where my own work needs to go. I have to go back and revisit some self love, really go in deep. To love forward, I need to make sure I’m 100% behind myself. I need to show up for myself. No one is going to do it for me.
Join me for a deep dive into self love and enough-ness in my Facebook group, Becoming Badass, starting June 1 - cindrabanks.com/shop ❤️
Wise words as always @spiritdaughter
I know that many people work behind the scenes to encourage and develop female participation, the Mums Dad brothers sisters and friends.
I was most excited to see some of the younger girls mixing it with the big girls. They certainly showed me what’s what, I only snuck onto a podium by a quirk of the entry system.
Now, don’t let me down ladies, let’s keep building. You know who you are, you have the gravel bikes - come along and have some fun.

Wednesday night spent with the @gencollective crew listening to @jillemberson personal account with Ovarian cancer. It’s a battle for sure, but we can all help and learn more about the female cancer and rally to raise funds for research and education. Thankfully #newcastle ’s own @hmriaustralia are conducting research. Ladies get behind this and support via @pinkmeetsteal & @ovariancanceroz and even @bondsaus has created teal coloured undies!!! Thanks to Craig Eardley for hosting the event.
