Just breathe 😌🧘🏻♀️🎋
Sure is a crazy time of the year right now!!
Soooo much drama going on out there at the moment!! 🤯
People ranting about Instagram deleting their videos, people writing captions about people’s shit not stinking and to f*ck off, people getting enraged at people stealing their photos, friends withdrawing their “friendship” and blocking people, and even people stomping their feet at posts jeopardising court cases 🤭😉 and that’s just Instagram!! 😫😂
But wait!! Instagram is life, right?! 🤔😂😉
So before all our heads explode, let’s just lie down, take a big, deep breath of that magnificent fresh bamboo smell and remember; 2018 will be over soon, and there’s a whole brand new year just around the corner 😉🧘🏻♀️🧘🏼♂️
Did I lie down for this?! Nah, not this time!! I just did a bend it like Beckham 🤸🏻♀️🤣

Down on your luck? Visit the famed Katsuo-ji Temple nestled within the mountains just north of Osaka. It is legendary for its ability to bring good fortune, a tale stemming from the eponymous Emperor Katsuo’s speedy recovery from a debilitating illness following his prayers at the shrine.

Caught myself trying to rush a lot of things lately. Things that I know I should be enjoying the process of. I’m sure most of us are guilty of it, focused on where we’re going instead of where we are.
Something to be mindful of, I guess.
Every country has natural landforms, buildings and monuments on its must-see list. Do you recognise this iconic one? 📸: @richianson

You almost feel like the only people in the work when you paddle out onto Lake Kawaguchi in a giant swan boat!
Many attempts to get a good photo of Mount Fuji while it was out, so lucky that we actually got to see it!
Have you seen Mount Fuji?

While in Japan I was amazed to see that so much of the workforce was dressed in a white shirt and black pants.
It felt like it was an unspoken rule that if your workplace didn't have a uniform that that's what you would wear. Three of Three
Being part of Osaka Castle Park, this Shrine is built in honor of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who was a daimyō, warrior, general, samurai and politician of the Sengoku Period.
This place is quiet and calming. You can make a wish at the Shrine or simply enjoy the peacefulness🙏🏻
Chureito Pagoda looks special year-round, but in winter it looks particularly magical! 😍 Part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine, the five-storied pagoda sits on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City with magnificent views over to Mount Fuji in the distance. 🗻🇯🇵 Photo by @tk_north#VisitJapanAU
In most countries, you wouldn't give a manhole cover a second glance, but Japan isn't like most countries!! 😉🇯🇵 Throughout the country look down to spot beautifully decorated and artistic manhole covers - another example of how we like to turn practical day-to-day objects into something a little beautiful!
