"Greatness lies, not in being strong, but in the right using of strength; and strength is not used rightly when it serves only to carry a man above his fellows for his own solitary glory. He is the greatest whose strength carries up the most hearts by the attraction of his own." .
"A grandeza reside, não em ser forte, mas no uso correto da força; e a força não é usada corretamente quando serve apenas para levar um homem acima de seus companheiros por sua própria glória solitária. Ele é maior cuja força carrega mais corações pela atração do seu próprio ser."
Henry W. Beecher
Take me back! This day was so surreal when we took a ferry from Doolin and went to the Aran Islands. The best part was exploring Inishmore by horse and buggy and getting a chance to visit Dún Aonghasa. It sits on a 100 meter high cliff and is believed to have been built in 1100 BC!
"I hate getting lost. It's the kind of hate that sends me into an irrationally foul mood. It's an impatient hate that taps its toes and claws at Google maps. I needed to cure myself of it. I found the ultimate tonic driving solo along Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way west of Galway. If you take the fast road, you'll reach Cliften in an hour and a half. If you are trying to cure hatred, it will take nine hours. The road winds along a craggy coastline with lots of detours down to secluded beaches. The Irish are proud of their Gallic heritage in this region, so much so, that the street signs are posted only in Gallic. This quirk makes it much easier to get lost. I recommend this stretch of road for it's lonely beauty, away from the visitors that crowd southern Ireland. I also prescribe it as an excellent medication for curing hateful impatience. #YouMustGoHere because it offers all the best of Ireland's coastal beauty...without the crowds." - @wayfaringviews | Roundstone, Ireland #countygalway#igersireland#discoverireland#visitireland#loveireland # #tv_europe#europe_vacations#ok_europe#loves_united_europe#total_europe
