Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰. On our way back to Prague from Malmö we decided to spend a day in Copenhagen. This photo was taken in Nyhvan which is the most popular place in the city and a gorgeous waterfront with a rich historical background. It used to be a gateway from the sea to the old inner city where most of the trade was made (and where apparently all the fun used to happen -wink wink-). The backdrop of colorful houses that surround the canal is picture-perfect!
ᴘʜᴏᴛᴏ ᴛɪᴘ ✷ this gorgeous waterfront, surrounded by picturesque and colorful little houses, gets pretty crowded with tourists. I advise you to go there early morning if you want to enjoy it without the crowds. This photo was taken on the right side of the canal which is usually a little bit less crowded (at least it was, both times I went there!) because it isn't fully pedestrian.
