Caffeine can get you going with boosting your energy levels, but avoid taking to many dosis since it can create a opposing effect once the effects has gone. Which will leave even worse. -
Surely avoiding sugar. This releases dopamine in your brain, and makes it addictive. So if you start craving sugar your body will start realising a stress hormone Cortisol. This will limit the amount of oxygen your brain start receiving and your special ability will be affected. This this will affect your game. -
Exercise is a good way to keep your mind active as well and a natural energy booster. I know is hard to take breaks between games, when is getting exciting but if you can exercise that can actually sharp your overall health and performance.
