🔸zapallitos al horno (idem que las berenjenas) *👀 OJO 👀 * si no quieren que sean onda ‘chips’ no lo corten ran finito como yo 🤦🏼♀️

This took me 10 MINUTES TO MAKE from start to finish and cost roughly 5-6 DOLLARS. Don’t tell yourself it takes too long or it’s too much work. A lil’ practice and education can change your life!! 1. Throw mushrooms in skillet on med-high for 6 minutes with olive oil and salt/pepper
2. While that’s cooking cut up your bell peppers, avocado and season your ahi tuna steak with some lemon herb and Cajun seasoning, and throw a red potato in the microwave, it has a button for baked potato so don’t hurt your yourself with the complexity.
3. Cook tuna 2 mins on each side with the mushrooms and throw the spinach in when it’s time to flip tuna, so that’s 2 minutes left.. hard math I know

Happy Friday 🌻💜 sooo today I roasted some purple sweet potatoes and it's the first time I've ever had them. The colour is so pretty and they taste great! .. kinda earthy like a beetroot & a sweet potato had a baby. I get so excited when I have a new food to try, I don't know if that's a bit sad but in all honestly I don't care. I love food and there's so much new food I wanna try 🙋🏼🙋🏼 Having them with some roasted salmon, carrots, kale, zoodles & tomatoes.
