První mezinárodní vegan sport camp! Street workout, silový trénink, bojové sporty, ashtanga yoga a acroyoga, napravování tělesných disbalancí, break dance, street dance, lekce movementu, pohybové hry, večerní přednášky o výživě a správném přístupu ke sportu a mnoho dalších aktivit vedených českými i mezinárodními trenéry. Vecerni přednášky o výživě, dobrodružná hra a taboraky s kytarama. Na místě bude bazén, sauna, whirlpool a samozřejmě plná penze rostlinné sportovní stravy. Mimochodem, kemp samozřejmě není určen výhradně pro vegany / vegetariány, nicméně pro kohokoliv, kdo se chce o rostlinné stravě něco dozvědět, naučit se lépe trénovat nebo si jen prostě pořádně dát do těla. First international vegan summer sport camp! Street workout and calisthenics, strength training, ashtanga yoga, acroyoga, breakdance, fixing corporal disbalances, movement games and many other activities taught by both professional international and Czech trainers. Nutrition lectures during evening, adventurous game and bonfire with guitars. There will be a pool, whirlpool and sauna freely accessible at the spot. There will also be a fullboard of vegan food. On Wednesday we EAT pink!
Beet, quinoa, arugula and some edamame salad! After a few minutes of sitting my quinoa was pink! It was so fun!
I threw in some avocado and toasted almond and called it a day! I’m obsessed with beets! I could eat them at every meal but my husband.. ehh not so much so I’m taking advantage of him being out of town! 😜
Also made a quick vinaigrette to go with!
3tbs Apple cider vinegar
1/2 lime juice
1tsp Dijon mustard
1tbs avocado oil
1 tbs finely chopped cilantro.
#humpday longish run in the bag. I kinda zoned out and ran one too many laps of the park but it was fun. Definitely staying lighter for longer now. I promise the running sunnies will be appearing again soon 😎
The toughest thing I'm facing at the moment has been some serious GI pains the last couple of days. Not sure if it's because I've started having kimchi in my lunch (it's amazing) or because I've let the amount of water I drink slip a bit lately. So yeah, remember to keep hydrated folks 💦

I’ve had to add hours to my work schedule where I now arrive an extra hour earlier for my shifts. This means that I now have to run earlier to fit in my training. Hit the pavement sometime around 6:15AM and had a pleasant time inhaling 40*F air. Quads were still experiencing DOMS from my run on Monday, so I had to enlist the services of @biofreeze to at least dull the pain enough to maintain the necessary range of motion. Believe the hype. Biofreeze works. Today’s run was essentially two 20 minute runs sandwiching a 3 minute walk. It wasn’t easy, but I also wasn’t praying for death when I hit the last 5 minutes of the run. I’m obviously behind on the training schedule, but I’m not going to push it with a back-to-back this weekend. I’ll finish the next run on Friday and then plan to do four sessions next week starting Sunday. Let’s get it.

Tank top weather for running, yasss! It's been around 15 degrees (celsius. 59 F) for a few days now and it totally feels like spring, although the trees are clearly still not ready 🌸 I did a tempo run today and it felt AMAZING (well, at least afterwards). Getting really excited for my second half-marathon @meinfreiburgmarathon in 6 weeks!
Hej Leute. Gestern war richtig gut. Erst war ich beim Intervalltraining - 8 x 400m (zwischen 80 und 73 Sekunden) und danach noch beim #gutenachtlauf // Heute steht Kraft- und Blackrolltraining auf dem Plan. Morgen geht's dann schon Richtung Melle und von dort aus am Freitag zum Laufcamp an die Mosel. Wie sind eure Wochenendpläne?
Missing fucking about on a bike in India last week BUT happy in the knowledge that I have these great memories fully ensconced on my brain.
I was very conscious of making sure that I lived in the moment, spent time off my phone and making as many new friends as possible! I’ll never forget how awesome the trip was and can’t wait to check out all the pics / videos in the next couple of weeks.

Na tolli toll. 6 Wochen vor dem Marathon 🏃. Ob das noch was wird...? Habe schon vor ein paar Wochen geahnt, dass sich was anbahnt, von wegen narkoleptische Phase und so. Aber jetzt ist es offiziell. Ganz schön ungünstiger Zeitpunkt. Da sag ich "buh" dazu. Der Februar ist vermutlich für mich gelaufen. Jetzt mach ich Mittagsschlaf, dann muss ich überlegen, wie es an meinen ganzen Brennpunkten weitergeht. Mein Leben ist eine Baustelle, ich bin die Abrißbirne.

Wednesday started with yoga 👐 I need to get back into a routine of getting up early and doing it on a morning 🌝 especially now the mornings are getting lighter 🌎 and if I struggle theirs always coffee 💞
