5 years ago working out always seemed more like a chore. I hated it so I just never really did it. Once I started eating better I felt like working out and I starting to slowly understand why exercising is necessary. Now I love it. It's so much fun to lift weights and see the results from it.
Workout: do each exercise for 5 sets
1. Incline bench press
2. Curl to lateral raise
3. Front raise (hold each rep)
4. Upper back fly

I have to give props to @lulacocinasm for their extensive array of #vegan menu options. I was able to order a burrito in a restaurant for the first time since adopting this lifestyle. It’s not selfish or arrogant, every human should think that way.
The people that are talking behind your back are the ones who aren’t able to think that way, they’re the ones who aren’t happy with their life.
If you don’t wanna be like that then
a) care more about your own life
b) don’t talk shit about others
c) don’t give a shit on others stupid opinions
Listen to constructive criticism, but not to every opinion that someone has on you, which is usually only there to hurt you.
Take care about yourself. You’re important and you matter. If you’re happy with how you look, then don’t change it - embrace it. If you’re happy with what you’re doing - keep going!
That’s by the way a real walking shot. Usually you pretend to walk for these shots, funny that the snapshot turned out like that.
You’re getting better. You’re flourishing. You’re leaving behind all that doesn’t serve your highest good. .
You’re getting rid of negative thought patterns, habits & behaviors. .
Deep down you know you can do it. You know all the potential you have. .
