Kismet and Stardust have no concept of personal space. They are so full of love they want to snuggle as close as they can possibly manage, even if that means wiggling up the back of my sweater. At least I thought it was just my sweater. The girls were sleeping so sweetly I didn’t want to disturb them, so I tried to slip my arm free from my sweater sleeve. Only then did I realize she was also all the way up the back of my shirt as well. I had no choice but to slink out of my shirt too. Luckily for me pigs are incredibly deep sleepers. Pigs are incredibly loving social beings and form strong relationships with their families. It hurts my heart to know most piglets never get a chance to snuggle with their Mother’s. If you didn’t already know that, and want to learn more look up farrowing crates. Be warned though, your heart will hurt too. 🐽🐽💖

@michalakramer with the goods —> Risotto with mushrooms. All you need for a family dinner. 🍲 This version is meatless, hearty and delicious!
• 250g mushrooms of choice
• half cup of good olive oil • 1 big onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 250g risotto rice
• 1 l. vegetable stock
• half cup of white wine
Cook the chopped mushroom first and set aside. Cook the chopped onion and garlic, add a good amount of olive oil, risotto rice, salt, pepper and white wine. Let it cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Add the vegetable stock carefully. Let it cook until thick and creamy while stirring. Drizzle with parsley and taste with salt and pepper.

Aqui uma sobremesa feita com queijo feito à base de leite de soja, com bola creme de leite de amêndoa e massa feita de amêndoas e pistachios triturados.
Tudo adoçado com agave ou xarope de piteira e decorado com raspas de côco desidratado.
Cheese Cake de morangos (VG - vegano e GF - gluten free). Ninguém se alimenta disso todos os dias, mas em dia de vontades extremas, tem opções sim.

Hi guys! Today I am sharing this yummy vegan ricotta pizza! 🍕
6 dehydrated tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup water
a pinch of chilli flakes
for the base of the pizza:
2 tbsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp Himalayan salt
3 & 1/2 cups of rye flour and a bit more to knead
2 tbsp cold press extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of water, slightly warm
I am going to start by making the dough. Mix all the ingredients listed for the dough, once you get the dough, cover with a plastic film or a fabric, set aside for 1 hour.
The dough will approximately double the size, I use half of the dough and reserve the other dough for another time.
Once the dough is ready in a clean surface, add some flour and gently knead the dough.
In a food processor mix cashews, nutritional yeast, water, salt and pepper, blend it and reserve.
In a medium size pan sauté the spinach, then mix it with the vegan ricotta, that’s it!
Only hours left until we get the conclusion of 8 seasons of #gameofthrones !!! Who is excited???? 👋👋

Buenas noches familia 😊. Hoy hemos celebrado en casa mi cumple 🎂, pero no he compartido nada porque estaba centrada en disfrutar del momento 🎈y se me ha pasado 🙈.
Cenar vamos a cenar poco, porque nos hemos puesto hasta arriba de comer 🤣, así que hoy os hago un “remember” de esta comida rica que hice hace unas semanas.
Son las albóndigas de soja con tomate de mi libro “Recetas Veganas Fáciles”, que están teniendo un exitazo tremendo 🙌🏻. Aseguraos de hacerlas con soja texturizada fina (pero la fina de verdad; no la de Mercadona, que de fina tiene poco jeje).
Espero que tengáis un buen inicio de semana ❤️.

My 2nd Nice cream of the day! One before my 10k run event and one after. Bananas are ace at providing energy and endurance before, and for recovery and nourishment afterwards.
Before the run, I had my green nice cream with added spirulina, barleygrass juice powder, Moringa, baobab and dates: an incredible amount of goodness! I managed to reach my target of sub 55 and alongside training, fruit fuel and the natural protein of the green powders ace any protein powders with artificial ingredients.

While the pasta is cooked, you will have a tasty and healthy sauce with white #asparagus , #artichoke heart and #arugula . For the pasta I decided to go with #tagliatelle flavorized with #peperoncino , and I made the gravy in the way that I cooked the asparagus, above them I steamed #garlic , and once cooked I briefly poured on oil together with artichoke hearts and soy cream. Remove from the stove and chop with a blender, spice with salt and pepper and add chopped arugula. 😋

Dok se tjestenina skuha, imat ćete ukusan i zdrav umak od bijelih šparoga, srca artičoka i rikole. Ja sam se odlučila za tjesteninu aromatiziranu peperoncinom, a umak sam napravila na način da sam šparoge skuhala, iznad njih se radio češnjak na pari i onda sam ih kratko dinstala na ulju zajedno sa srcima artičoka i sojinim vrhnjem. Sve izblendala, začinila sa soli i paprom i dodala sitno sjeckanu rikolu.
Dodatno sam začinila mrvljenim suhim pikantnim papričicama. 😋

had a little time yesterday morning to whip up these bad bois!!! first time making crepes and OH MY they were amazing !!! definitely gonna start making more of these when i have a free morning hahah!!! they’re vegan, gluten free and made with healthy whole food ingredients !!! name a better start to ur morning, i’ll wait....
1 cup oat flour (blend oats in fine powder)
1/2 cup buckwheat flour (or any gf flour of choice)
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds with 2 tbsp water)
1 cup plant milk (i used @almondbreezeaus )
1 cup water
1 ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla essence
blitz all ingredients in a high speed blender! i used my @vitamix !! pour about 1/2 cup of batter into a pan and cook for 2 mins or until bubbles start to form!! CAREFULLY FLIP! roll the crepes with desired fillings! i used @purecocobella coconut yoghurt, strawbs and banana! topped it with extra coyo, strawbs, banana, almond butter sauce, hemp seeds and cacao nibs!!
