Lanzarote is a beautifully set up island thanks largely to Cesar Manrique. The roads are all well paved with no traffic signals or advertisements to be seen. The houses are all white and most have green doors. There were no skyscrapers or large buildings/hotels blocking the ocean views. Pretty amazing for an island that relies on tourism.
Traveling frequently has a way of bringing chaos and stress into your life, so here are some of habits I’ve been trying to incorporate for a happier life:
💫 Wake up early
💫 Get enough quality sleep every night
💫 Plan or your day and week
💫 Give out genuine compliments.
💫 Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit
💫 Celebrate small victories
💫 Drink lots of water
💫 Spend less time on my phone
💫 Write down my ideas
