“Where attention goes, Prana follows.” Prana means life force in Sanskrit and is often used as breathing technique in Yoga and Ayurveda. I have been practicing Yoga since 2011, but it was only until a few months ago when I made meditation my ritual that I finally realized the importance of breath. In modern busy lifestyle, it is easy to be dissociated from your body as your mind travels. It happens all the time in my meditation too. What’s more important is that whenever I notice I’m somewhere else, I know I can go back to my breath and let it anchor the mind. It’s so powerful yet so loving like mother giving unconditional love to her child. How is your Prana today? 😌 “意識を向けた先に生命が宿る”

Repost By @ammar_alshukry: Qays, better known as Majnun Laila, loved his cousin Laila as manically as men manically love women. He said poetry about her but unfortunately for him her family held the custom that a man declaring his love for a woman was a huge slight to her and her family and, as was the custom in those cases, they would respond by never allowing them to be wed.
Qays lost his mind.
But in doing so he left a collection of poetry on love that would be recited until today. For example he says, “I pass by the dwellings, the dwellings of Laila,
Kissing this wall, and that wall as well,
Though its not the walls that enflamed my heart,
But the love of who within those walls would dwell”
Those verses though inspired by his love for Laila, are remembered when visiting a place like this. As we walk on the streets that the beloved walked. Pray in the places the beloved prayed. Gaze at the mountain the beloved gazed at. One might empathize with someone who would kiss a wall that once casted shade on someone they love so dearly.
Trust, its all about trust baby. Everything is as it’s supposed to be. Teaching them is learning yourself, so when you talk to your fiends you will grow but you also plant seeds in that situation for them to start teaching. It’s all goodddd ❤️
