It is in our very #nature to #assign#meaning to #things and #events . Thousands of years ago when #science couldn’t yet #prove anything #humans assigned meaning to them, #learned to record the meaning they gave and for centuries #humanity has #believed the meaning that was assigned a long time ago. That is, until we come into the #knowledge as to #why and #how certain things happen, for example, the #rainbow 🌈
This practice of assigning meaning still continues today if we don’t yet #know or #understand why or how something happens. We apply this same #behavior to things that happen in our everyday lives. So much so that we assign meaning to #meaningless things and we make #meaningful things meaningless. It’s not until our #perspectives change, #discoveries are made or until we share #information with one another that we can give meaning to meaningful things. Rather than us rushing to assign meaning to something we should at the very least try to understand the thing first. And if we don’t know, we are not obligated to assign a meaning. Just let it be.🧐🧐🧐
After his meeting in February with Chairman Kim Jong Un of North Korea, President Trump has attempted to only strengthen the relationship with the country. This possible relationship got interrupted when the United States treasury wanted to impose sanctions on the nation, but president Trump stated that he would not allow this and decided to lift the sanctions, though it was not clear which ones he lifted.
Should North Korea be sanctioned?
How can other nations deal with this country?
