And that concludes chapter 1........ The re-generation years.
Just over 3 years ago I decided to up sticks and leave the job I was in to have a crack at being a self-employed personal trainer. I joined that man Grant Davison PT. Eventually after he ran Bootcamp’s in which I helped with the coaching he decided to move premises, from a top room studio to a converted barn which is a fully equipped facility with two floors offering 3-4 classes per day.
For the past three years it has been like a second big family. Everyday I got to work with great people, there are no egos and everyone is there to get a little bit stronger, a little bit fitter and to move a little bit better than they did yesterday.
I have been able to introduce new knowledge with these guys as I work through my degree. My passion continues to grow for this field and huge thanks goes to all the support and Love from Grant and everyone up at the Zeus Training Zone.
I’m delighted the majority of my clients are staying on and continuing, with a little bit of my guidance, to be a big part of the gym.
I’m going to miss you all.
It was great getting down to the twilight market tonight to relax and wind down.
Heres moving on in to chapter 2 and it’s looking full of potential.

Woke up early this morning to a beautiful sunrise as I was making my way across the common to train my first client of the day. 🌅💪🏽
One of my favourite songs by Nina Simone popped into my mind as I stood to admire the beautiful sight:

I felt great the entire day and that reminded me how just one small positive thought/reminder/song/comment/quote/video etc when you wake up can positively influence your entire day! 😃

What would life be without high waisted leggings?! 🤷♀️ This week I am LOVING training! With a rocky start to Monday, Tuesday and Wed I’ve pushed myself harder then usual and LOVING it! Like already looking forward to my leg session tomorrow! 🙌
Some social events again over the weekend and maybe a sneaky trip to the new @milkylaneofficial in Coogee so determined that the next few days each session will get 💯 effort and nutrition will be on point!

I was told the king will be back for his thrown and that’s something I needed to hear. Had almost convinced myself I’d never come back, But I will.
Chicken & Green Bean Stir Fry
P25 C2 F1
Chop 500g chicken into bite size pieces and put in a bowl, rub in 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Fry chicken in a pan for 5 mins
Add 400g green beans and 2 tbsp soy sauce and fry for another 5 mins, stirring frequently
Season with black pepper and top with sesame seeds 🍗
So good if you’re looking for a low carb low fat meal, or have if with noodles for higher carbs 🍜

Officially signed up for my first full marathon so tonight is my last night chilling in Pjz🏃♀️ I’ve never been a great runner but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and 2019 is the year I do it 💪💦 I’ve never ran further than 13km at a time but here’s hoping by February I’ll be a little bit better for 26km and then 42 in November 💁♀️ If anyone has any tips or tricks in terms of training please let me know 🙏Super excited to see my bby @susie21g in the process too 👯♀️ P.S Im typing this while eating pizza 🍕🥳

Started off with a little activation with my @gracefituk band ofc
🔹kickbacks w/ resistance band 4x10
🔹hip abductors w/ band 4x10
🔹weighted squats 4x10 (increasing weight each time)
🔹split squats 3x10 (each leg)
🔹hamstring curls (fast on way up, slow on way down)
Also did calf raises

Love gets you up at 6am for that workout not because you’ll feel bad if you don’t but because you’ll feel damn good if you do. Love let’s you enjoy food without guilt. Love doesn’t have a size. It isn’t a number — on the scale, in your jeans. It’s a feeling, a mindset, a motivation. Hate? That gets you nowhere.
