Sunset by the lake..so dramatic lol, but it's how I've spent the last few days of this year (bear with me and my little 2018 reflection lol) . This year turned out nothing like I thought it would, but learned a lot along the way❤. Going into the new year recharged.
Meeting the (run) family.
Not sure who was more nervous, him or I. But of course last night was so much fun because my #runfam is simply the best.
Thank you all for so warmly welcoming my American boy into our little group, to the big Canadian city, and to this great big running thing.
I think we may have another running convert... ;)
happiest sunday, and the sun is officially out! ✨ there was so much good love documented these past two weeks, with a beauty summer solstice & I have such an incredible amount of it to share. one of those days was spent with wiktoria & chris; two of the sweetest people out there who get married this September! we adventured around the lake; watched the sun go down over the toronto skyline, danced away under the string lights and pink sky, and managed to walk 7k that eve! the glow of the cinesphere in the blue twilight reminded me of a big full moon, and is to date one of my favorite places to see on a summers eve 🌙
Hello friends new and old! It’s been a while since I told you all about myself, and I have been tagged a few times to share a few things. I forget the hashtag but oh well. Here goes!
★ I’m Lebanese, born and raised in Toronto, Canada my whole life 🇱🇧🇨🇦
★ I first discovered yoga 3 years ago after my chiro told me I needed to strengthen my spine.
★ I was born flexible, but with 0 strength. Yoga has changed that drastically 💪
★ Because I was so flexible, my school would also make me be in the school play as a joker or clown. Me: “But missss, I want to be Snow White this time!!” Teacher: “NO, you are a clown forever - now contort!
★ I have broken my nose 3 times, and even had surgery to fix my deviated septum and the overall crookedness. There is a still a crack running through the centre of my nose 😬👃
★ I went to school for Graphic Design and now work in Web Development part time.
★ I worked in Web full time, but slowly started moving my career towards yoga and being happy. I still enjoy doing web and design, which is why I LOVE my part time job.
★ 250 RYT since January - I am loving teaching so far and have so much to learn and more trainings to complete!
★ Fave food has to be ramen since I first tried it early last year #obsessed 🍜
★ Two cats live with me, Arlo and Mina. They are the friendliest little derps ever.
★ Travelled to 15 countries and hoping to travel to way more this year ✈️
I think that’s enough for now haha. I had fun writing this, hope you enjoyed learning a little more about me. I’d love to see more about all of you! Anything you can relate to above?
