We have many options of catering food and drinks, bringing in a photographer for group photos, the options are endless!
Corporate makeup lessons are also available in studio or on location if you are looking to treat your staff to something special and also extremely helpful for all of us busy working moms and ladies needing some tips on getting ready and creating a professional look for the day in just a few minutes!

I’ve been looking forward to trying Milkjam Creamery for a while and it totally lived up the hype!
🍫 HARD KNOCK LIFE 2.0: dark chocolate w/ salted chocolate fudge, whoppers and brownies
🍪 COOKIE MONSTER: cookie butter ice cream w/ all the cookies
🥜 RIDIN' DUUURTY: oreo milk w/ oreo chunks and salted peanut butter
I sampled a ton and landed on these three flavors which were all amazing and definitely musts. RIDIN' DUUURTY was so good that I had to double up on it and is one that I’m going to need again in my life. @milkjamcreamery, shipping anytime soon? It was also great finally meeting @erinjbgood! She let me try the Jam Bun she ordered which is totally the move and takes Milkjam’s ice cream to the next level by combining it with a @glamdolldonuts donut.
This is the number one question in my DMs right now, so I thought I would share that portion of my story here. Sugar is such a normal and saturated thing in our culture and people rarely give a second thought about it. Sometimes I refer to it as “my good girl drug” because people aren’t going to ever side eye sugar consumption like they would a lot of other traditional “drugs.” We’ve also managed to tell ourselves that sugar is a critical element of self care. Rough night with the kids? Self care with a sugary Starbucks latte. Hard day? You deserve that chocolate bar. He broke your heart? You eat that pint of ice cream, girl.
This was me. Every time I was stressed out, overwhelmed, angry or hurt, I would “deserve” a latte, chocolate, ice cream, whatever. My slide from “moderation” to “dependent coping skill” went so gradually and with socially acceptable normalcy that I didn’t even realize it had happened.
Except my weight was going up and up and up. And eventually I wanted to stop that. It was pretty obvious the choice would be to “cut back” on all these sweet treats. So I tried.
Until I couldn’t. I’d have a scenario where I was under a lot of stress and I’d tell myself, “I’m NOT getting that latte and brownie for breakfast, I am not doing it!” And I’d start fighting a WAR inside of me and before I knew it, my car was in the drive thru. And those bites of sugar were SO GRATIFYING. It was literally getting a fix that I was physically and psychologically in overdrive with cravings for and it was an, “Aaaahhh.... I can breathe and relax” moment once I consumed it. But then when it was over, the frustration and defeat set in because I suddenly realized, I did it again. I caved. I gave in to temporary desire and it was no longer ACTUALLY making me feel good outside those first five minutes. Because afterwards, I physically and emotionally felt like crap. Because I knew. I knew I was going too far, consuming too much, getting too dependent. I knew I was addicted to sugar to survive all the hard moments of my life.
That’s when I knew and that’s when I decided it had to stop. So I did a @whole30 to begin recovering from disordered emotional eating.
