Wanted to share with you a quick exercise that came from Luigi during the acro course. Quick and easy way to bring a certain quality or routine into your everyday life.
Step one, pick something that is important to you or something that you want to do more.
Step two, choose a color.
Everytime you see that colour it remind yourself to work on that quality you have choosen or that thing you wanted to remember.
Rice terraces in Bali are more than what first meets the eye. •
They're artificial ecosystems called subak, dating back to the 9th century, and a manifestation of the Tri Hita Karana Philosophy.
Harmony is the main keyword of this philosophy and it stands at the very core of the traditional Balinese life.
The three pillars of this philosophy are: harmony among people, harmony with nature, and harmony with Gods, and it's exactly what makes every person who ever set foot on this island to enter a state of calmness and well-being unlike any other experienced before. •
Please remember that there's a pragmatic behind these words.
But when you see how deeply dedicated Balinese people are to this philosophy and when you're exposed to its many benefits, there's no way you can leave this island untouched by this magic. •
After all, aren't we all striving for this state of harmony with oneself, with others, and with our environment? •
We felt this amazing state of well-being from the very first day in Bali, and we'll certainly be back to experience this harmonious way of life again.

“Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.” Bradley Whitford
