Day 2 on the Amalfi Coast: We woke up once again to perfectly blue skies and a beautiful breakfast laid out by our Italian Airbnb mama. After finding out that EVERY bike on the coast had already been rented out for the day, we took the train to the ruins of Pompeii. After an amazing afternoon strolling the ruins, we managed to get a bike for the evening and scooted up to Positano for sunset, along one of the most beautiful mountain roads I’ve ever seen (strong contender to the highway through Lavaux). We got to Positano just as the beaches cleared of tourists and went for a quick dip in the ocean, with the hill side lit up in the night. On our way back we grabbed a pizza to-go and enjoyed pizza and salad on our balcony before going to bed ✨ #traveltheworld
Currently laying in bed, resting from the nerve pain caused by shingles. And yes! You can get shingles when you're young-ish... and apparently twice in your life, when you're under 36. .

HAND IN HAND 🙌🏽
You and me. Today, tomorrow, forever! ❤️
Remember, sometimes we all stumble & sometimes we fall. But knowing one hand will never let you go makes us two believe in each other more than anything else!
Take this second and cherish your loved one. NOW. Not later. If he or she is not with you, send a text and share your love with the one you love and respect. ✨
We’ve been through some rough times and we are sure that the sea is not always calm, but we know that the power of us two can’t be drowned by anyone ❤️
Share hugs, kisses and love people 😘😍

“One morning as I was photographing Atlantic Puffins on a remote island in Scotland, the skies clouded over and it started raining. Soon it was pouring and the wind was blowing the water right into my lens. While rain can be discouraging, I think it offers an opportunity for some diversity of shots. The birds kept coming back from the sea with mouths full of fish. They kept on working, and so did I. I was soaked, but so were the puffins.“ Photo & Caption by @birdtog
