One day I’ll take that trip. One day I’ll buy a house. One day...the phrase goes. But, if we really want that dream to come true maybe we should say “one night....” instead. They’re a bit more magical if you ask me. 🌲✨ 📸 work from last summer in #protectourplanet
#Day4 - Grindelwald
Can someone just take me back to this place....like right now🙈😊!!! .
Hopped out of the train, checked in the bags at Hotel and on the streets of Grindelwald...exploring this little beautiful village on foot, overlooking massive Eiger....in the laps on Alps...could I ask for better summers than this.😁.. .
A rope climbing structure of spider web on the playground near our hotel was the most sought after thing for our 5 year old Spiderman Fan and we all couldn't help but pose 🙈😊... There is so much to explore around this beautiful village that 4 days meant nothing
Our original iteniary included the following must do at Jungfrau Region
🌟Mt First & Bachpalpse Lake
🌟Pfingtegg Tobbagon Ride
🌟Ski Area of Grindelwald-First, Klein Scheidegg-Mànnlichen & Mürren-Schilthorn
🌟Jungfraujoch- the highest Railway Station of Europe 🌟Schinge Platte
But like they say "human & weather are the two most unpredictable things in life😅" holds so true on these mountains......and we had to deal with both....an ever changing weather along with 5 years old's mood swings 🙄..
Plan B is definitely a must for everyday on this mountain...
so yes, even we had some last minute changes to our all sought after iteniary to accommodate the avalanche❄, snowfalls🌨 and the baby who just wouldn't move🙈
An early dinner of his favorite pizza and a tired baby tucked in his bed comfortably.....helped us plan for the next day!!! .
How do I have the time + money to travel? ✈️ I prioritize it.⠀
I’ve worked at the same local company for nearly 8 years so I’ve built up a nice PTO bank. I also run my own business on nights + weekends — photography + marketing consulting. This helps add to the pot.⠀
I work really hard [typically 50 hours a week] so I make sure I always have at least two vacations to look forward to on the books. 👌🏻 I plan ahead. I use my “time off” to revamp. Without it, I would be so unbalanced. 😶
Traveling + adventure is a TOP priority for me. Well above shopping + home projects + sometimes even rest. Anyone else? 🌎

Puerta del Sol is a busy area where people meet up and it’s near Plaza Mayor. They have rows and rows of shops and restaurants around this area. This is where you can find the statue of the bear and strawberry tree. I don’t know why I made this photo so washed out. Check out my old photo on the next page and it looked fine!😁😊 #Spain#Madrid#Europe#puertadelsol
Exploring the world with you by my side, makes this beautiful adventure a worth while ride ☀️

Slovakia’s capital Bratislava is also the country’s political, cultural and economic centre and is home to around half a million residents. As of this year the city’s name is 100 years old; during the post-war revolution of 1918-1919 the city was annexed to be part of Czechoslovakia, and on March 27 1919 the name Bratislava officially replaced the previous Slovak name Prešporok. Bratislava is situated in southwest Slovakia and the city itself borders both Hungary and Austria, the only national capital to border two sovereign states. In addition to Bratislava airport the city is located a mere 50km from Vienna International Airport, which also assists in the arrival of Bratislava’s one million annual visitors ✈️

We’re heading back to my family roots in England for my sister’s wedding. Believe it or not, this was supposed to happen two years ago. There was a problem with a visa though, so all the guests flew out to England and the groom was unable to leave the States. It was awful, but with her wedding dress being untouched for 2 years the time has finally come for this party to happen and we are so excited. Bring on the Pimms, cups of tea, cheese and crackers and of course all the English chocolate 🇬🇧
When you don’t have a twirly dress 🧣 will do the trick 🙃
📍Mdina Gate was used as the entrance to Kings Landing from S1 in Game of Thrones and I absolutely hummed the GOT theme tune for much of my time exploring the fortified city.
What shows are you currently watching? After I finished with GOT and Chernobyl I‘m struggling to find anything as interesting. Need inspo 🤓
