Cardio is for women and Lifting weights is for men? What a bull💩! Girls, don't be afraid of lifting weights. You will not look like Hulk - yes, your body will change. Your muscles will get more defined and of course you will get stronger. 💪🏽

The ice cream 🍦 diet ⠀⠀
Every now and then, an article 📰 comes out on the internet 🖥 showing a typical example of a person losing significant weight with a so called "ice cream diet". ⠀⠀
Is that possible? ⠀⠀
Of course it is! ⠀⠀
Recently a YouTuber 🎥 from Colorado, Anthony Howard-Crow, showed it on his channel.⠀
He ate every day for 💯 days, 2,000 cal of ice cream 🍦 and 500 cal of protein. ⠀⠀
📉 He lost 32 lbs (14kg) and he also had some cholesterol improvements according the analysis he did after the diet. ⠀⠀
That's quite impressive indeed and again shows that calories matter. ⠀⠀
Was he happy? Actually no 👎 ⠀⠀
He was miserable 😭 ⠀⠀
Completely demotivated and tired all time that he even stopped working out half way through the challenge. ⠀⠀
And this were "only" 100 days. ⠀⠀
It's important to find a sustainable diet that also will make you feel good 😊 ⠀⠀
For Anthony it's not 2,000 cal of ice cream a day, what's your sustainable diet?⠀

Just over here trying to stuff my face in between flights 😅
It’s not easy being healthy when you’re trapped on an airplane full of tasty treats and stay in hotels with no refrigerators or microwaves every night, but IT IS possible. My airline friends know what I’m talking about ✈️
This girl’s got goals though and my body feels 1000% better when I fuel it with the right food. Shout out to @cateredfit for making life a lot easier for this flight attendant 🥰

Beach days and doing my best hasselhoff impression. .
Whitehaven beach has some of the craziest white sand I’ve ever seen and this amazing blue sea.
What’s the best beach you’ve visited? What country is it?
Waken up by the sun, go to bed after sunset, this is our van life.
We usually go to sleep at 9.30ish, then get up at 5ish. This is the kind of healthy living I’ve always wanted, you have a full day to explore!

Etre réveillée par le premier rayon de soleil, s’endormir lors que la nuit tombe, ça c’est notre vie en van.
On se lève couche toujours vers 21h30, et se lever à 5h. C’est un mode de vie saint que j’ai toujours voulu, on a toute la journée pour explorer!

Is two and a half months out too far away to start my countdown towards our next trip to the Mediterranean? This time we are heading to Turkey where I can’t wait to see the middle eastern influence in Istanbul but also the tranquility of the Turquoise Coast. Send me your favorite spots in Turkey for us to check out!
But don’t worry, we aren’t waiting that long to travel again. In the meantime we have a ski trip to Aspen, Colorado planned with friends @jakegloudy and also another trip to Italy before then.
