@aparry_9 joined the team over 12 months ago and embraced the challenge.
Using it as a way to accelerate his own physical development and knowledge. He implemented the mindset to match or better “work ethic” of each team member.
Every session is approached with 100% commitment, fighting for every rep of every set. Now he’s in a position were he can challenge in sessions, laying down the gauntlet.
Over a year on, more challenges have been set. It will be exciting to see what he brings next time around.
Surround yourself with peers who elevate you to another level. You will fall into their ‘slip stream’, speeding you along faster than if you went alone.
I just ran my FIRST every double digit run! 🎉 1:26:25 😬
From running 0 miles - 10 miles in less than 3 months! 🙈 When I found out that I was pregnant, I made it a goal to run a half marathon before he turned one! At 7 months Postpartum, I am almost there! 😬
I wrapped up my first week of our new program last night, and ran my first double digit run today! 😍
Time to celebrate an AMAZING week with baby snugs, Pj’s, movies, and endless cups of coffee and hot chocolate! 🙌🏻 This weather makes for a perfect lazy weekend! ❄️ 😍

❄Holiday Season Transformation❄
Ill be honest, I didnt make as much progress as I would have liked. But you wanna know what else I didnt do😏? I didnt RESTRICT myself. I still ate alllll the things I would have years ago, that I now avoid through the year.
I even skipped a workout or two🤫 so I could be present for things that MATTER to me most. I had dessert with my husband (maybe a little too much🤷♀️), spent quality family time, drank wine with friends, and ate far too much red meat.⏩ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My health didnt go to shit, my stomach didnt expand, and that smile got So. Much. Brighter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💫All because I have all the tools i need to maintain myself through the HARDEST TIME OF THE YEAR, and to also decide this next bootcamp is going to kick my ass👊. Regardless; I'm proud of me and that's what is most important🤩
