Chest training has been going way better than planned... hit 285 incline barbell press for 7 all out reps to failure....followed by these nasty 130lbs flys!... I even amazed @ashi_harambae ..... check the smile in pic hahaha
Omggg.🍑😭 Finally getting back into it. The last couple months have been crazy, besides the most recent move, a couple months ago I got into 2 car accidents within a month.😩 I’m doing better. Back was sore, so I’m slowly getting back to my normal routine. Feels amazing and I can’t wait to be sore tomorrow.💖🙌🏼
Tonight’s dinner was sautéed spaghetti 🍝 squash with shrimp 🍤. Since it’s been AGES since I share a recipe here we go:
Preheat oven to 375F
Spilt spaghetti squash and remove seeds. Spray with olive oil and pepper and face down the halves on a baking pan.
Bake for 50mins to an hour.
Sauté 1 pound of shrimp with olive oil or coconut spray. Add garlic salt to taste. When done set aside.
When spaghetti squash is done scrape with a fork onto a dish and set aside.
Chop 4-5 garlic cloves and sauté in a pan with olive oil, chili flakes (as many as you like depending on how spicy 🌶 you want).
Add capers to your liking
Combine squash and shrimp to the sautéed pan and mix well.
Top with Parmesan cheese and basil flakes (you can also use fresh basil or even parsley)

Man! I love surfing the line... I was suppose to work on flips & tricks this morning but I just couldn’t help myself after having a mini breakthrough last Friday in surf walking. Today I tried working switch 180 transitions & I could feel it for the first time🤟🏽 I’ve put about 50/50 time in learning how to surf in both stances. I’m a true Goofy but enjoy riding switch as well. 🧠 games in full effect this am 🔥
