Incline db press kinda day. 100lbs x 10, 110lbs x 8, 120lbs x 6 followed by straight arm hollow chest cable flys. I’ve been incorporating a lot of straight arm into my training with good results. 2019 is gonna be the year of the planche 🔥💪🏼

Ain’t all about that gym life. You have to be able to have fun and do the things you enjoy doing. Trust me if you don’t, then you don’t have balance. Know what happens when you don’t have a balance between life and fun? Nothing. You will stay in one place in a motion in time and no purpose in what your capable of actually achieving. Know limitations and set a time and place for BALANCE!
Enjoy and have fun, make workouts fun but also know it ain’t just about that gym life.

I am excited to be share with you all what I learn everyday. Yesterday's answers were across the board. We had some people eating donuts and others praying. Although I am pretty sure they were praying for more donuts. -
There were several things that stood out to me.
Get a mentor! Find someone who crawled out of a similar hole or has achieved similar outcomes to what you want to accomplish and ask them to show you the way
Surround yourself with a community that supports you.
Shift your mental focus. The easiest way I have found to do that is with gratitude. I often stop and ask myself, “What can I be grateful for right now?”
Be intentional with your growth. I know for me personally I have found that responding with massive action towards my goals is the easiest way to replace the negitve and self defeating thoughts in my head.
