Let’s talk ‘burnout’ and my recent experience with it, let’s go 👊
Now reaching your burnout stage is where you no longer get any feel good hormones(endorphins) from really anything you do, for example you go to the gym and leave feeling worse 😭
You can reach this burnout stage from really any angle of your life and it will roll into EVERY aspect of your life. What I mean by this is if you are working way too many hours for weeks yep 100% that’ll roll into your fitness, health and even personal life.
About 8 weeks ago I went on a holiday to Bali and took 10 days off everything, so no training, no dieting and no work, yes I did freak the [email protected]@K out prior to this all but it was one of the best things I could of done for myself as I was deep in burnout 🙏
One annoying aspect to being in burnout you’ll feel is that you’ll be in denial of being in burnout, weeks leading up to my bali holiday I put on the biggest facade to everyone as I didn’t want anyone to know I literally had no motivation to do anything 😖
7 weeks later from my break I have been a monster with my training, work, sticking to my diet so no 200g of peanut butter a day as method to escape my denial of burnout and really enjoying everything in life especially being social with my friends 😝
Anyways guys so I’m trying to educate burnout is a very natural occurrence with our busy lifestyles so be aware of the symptoms and don’t be afraid to take 1 step back to take 3 steps forward 🙌 #healthawareness

I am not perfect and I will never claim to be. When I first started this page I came from a very genuine place; my goal to help people live their best lives has remained the same but as time passed I notice myself get caught up in the glam of Instagram.
I stopped talking about the hard stuff, the stuff I came here to share with you all so that maybe you don’t feel so alone. I got caught up in finding the perfect selfie, video angle, and outfit instead of telling you all that I barely make it out of bed some days.
Instagram is an amazing platform to create a brand and business but It’s also become a place to create a different version of your life. A life that can be exhausting to keep up.
I have experienced the toxicity of instagram on mental health; I began to compare myself to other women and put myself down for not being good enough. I stopped posting because my pics/ videos weren’t “instagram worthy”.. The truth is I started this page because I saw authenticity missing in the influencers I was following. They never talked about the hard shit, the off days, the binge eating, the tole this life takes on your mental well being. I started this page to tell you that it’s normal to struggle and that NO ONE has it all figured out. I lost that fire and I am sorry.
To those of you that have decided to continue following me, thank you. I am here to tell you the truth, from the struggle to the glory! I want to be real and I want you to know who I really am.

Upper body sessions have recently been my fav dayzzz in the gym, I’m building these little muscles and it’s the greatest feeling when I see the results I’ve been working for 😛😛 ladies do not I repeat do not neglect working out your upper body❌There is no such thing as looking too “manly” as a female when you workout your upper body! I can honestly say that my mind set used to be like that as well but it was completely wrong 🙈 I am so happy that I have dedicated specific days to train arms, shoulders, chest and back. It also gives you the illusion of a smaller waist too so hop on that train 🚊my friends💓💓
