It's Monday, so it's time for #robsmoves
1. Crane Lunge:
■ 4 sets
■ 10 reps each leg
■ 30 seconds rest between sets
2. Ground Dip:
■ 4 sets
■ 5-10 reps
■ 30-45 seconds rest between sets
These are fan-damn-tastic full body and multi-planar movements. You can use both by themselves when you have limited time to train. They hit multiple muscles and fascial lines at the same time. The Crane Lunge is great for improving your single-leg balance. The Ground Dip is great for improving your hand balancing and straight-arm strength. They are great for teaching full body tension and training your muscles to work together, not separately.

Whether it’s a poorly equipped hotel gym or a completely gym-less hotel, it can throw off your training! We’ve been there too, which is why we designed our products with portability in mind. 1. Shoulder press with bands attached under feet. Using Clench Band Handle for more comfortable hold.
2. Squat with band attached under foot and over opposite shoulder.
3. Single arm row with band attached under each foot. Band is attached to the center attachment point of the Clench Band Handle.

Taking the education and knowledge up a level this year.
In November I’ll be having 3 days training with this guy- @calisthenicscertifications .
He is an absolute machine, and truly knows his stuff. It’s the only recognised bodyweight training out there!
Not only is this going to make me a better trainer by bringing new and fresh knowledge to existing and new clients.
