“We are always aware of something- whether it’s our thoughts or what we see or hear or sense. Awareness is like the sun, forever shining when it’s obscured by the clouds of our thinking, distracted mind. Mindfulness of breathing is a way to begin to harness this quality of attention, to be more fully awake to what is happening in the present.” -
A quote from one of my favorite books combining two things that recently changed my life: harvesting mindfulness and being in nature. “Awake in the Wild: Mindfulness in Nature as a Path of Self-Discovery” by Mark Coleman has changed the way I hike and see the world and anyone spending time outside should seriously read this!!
Few things feel as good as a quality sports massage. We're thrilled to have @psoasbodywork joining us at the Scramble on Sun, 4/22.
All our scramblers will be feeling good after they cross the finish line!

Happy Friday! 🎉 What are you guys up to this weekend? I’m debating heading up to the mountains on Monday for a little solo, snow adventure. ❄️☃️ Totally depends on how I feel Monday morning though. 😅 Flashback to Hubs and I in Yosemite earlier this month. 💙 #yosemitenationalpark#sonyalpha
This is hands down the largest arch I've ever walked under! We had the place all to ourselves and made the most of it by getting weird and taking a ton of photos...even got a few of us in each other's arms 😂 underneath the beast! We're leaving to see some more of these natural wonders in t minutes three days!
One thing I love about this trail is how different it is everytime i've hiked it. It's crazy how much a place can change with varying light throughout the day and through the seasons. And one thing is for sure, it will never fail to take my breath away.
Thanks for the snap @mol_nol 😘
