Snow was ripping sideways, the clouds were moving through the valley at lightening speed, and the road was stupidly slippery.
I actually jumped out of the van and asked @thrujoelslens to do a quick lap so I could get some images of the van on the road. This was the only frame I took as the clouds engulfed me and view in seconds. We only got a little glimpse, but she sure was pretty!

Well, the stars aligned last minute and I’ll be taking off on a 2,800 mile road trip across the USA on Friday night with my brother @dankellystayshome .
This will be my fifth cross-county road trip, and it never gets old. Hoping to see some new sights along the way and to take a few photos.
Should be a hell of a trip. Any recommendations for what to see/where to visit are appreciated 🤙
Before buying the RV and traveling full-time, we lived in downtown Denver and our bikes were our preferred means of transportation. In our transition to living tiny we put our bikes as a non-necessity in what we needed to bring on the road. This decision was mainly based on not wanting to mount the bikes outside (we dealt with a lot of bike theft issues in Denver 🙄), so we’ve been without bikes for almost 2 years.
In the last day or two while exploring the Oregon Coast on our @blixbike we’ve come to realize a few things:
1. We missed exploring by bike more than we could have imagined
2. The Oregon coast is what dreams are made of
3. These foldable bikes are amazing for tiny spaces. We can keep them stored inside!
4. Trip can run 18mph and keep up with these e-bikes without a blink of an eye (this one scares us a little 😂)
We’ll be continuing down the Oregon Coast to the Northern California Coast throughout the rest of this week. Any recommendations on places to bike/camp/hike/visit on our travels south?
This girl will be 1 year old this month. I feel like we’ve been through so much already.
