A message to all creative minds:
All you have to do is start.
Fine tune that mentality to become more determined. More ambitious. More resilient.
Gather knowledge and experiences from those before you.
Do not undervalue yourself or your craft.
Be spontaneous (just a little bit).
Adapt when the tide changes.
Stand strong and stand grounded.
Build a foundation.
But, there will be challenges.
Get back up.
Fall down again.
Get back up again.
Use your frustration.
Use your mistakes.
Use your struggles.
Be proud of your failures.
Failure is not your enemy.
Failure is your motivation.
Failure is your preparation to greatness.
Do not be ashamed.
Grow with purpose.
Lose your purpose and find it again.
Lose your confidence and find it again.
Be bold when facing obstacles.
Be bolder when facing bigger obstacles.
Be a powerhouse.
Be a force to be reckoned with.
Commit to becoming better.
Commit to be better.
Strive for excellence and accept nothing less.
All you have to do is start.

Haters will say it’s photoshopped ✌🏽
This right here my friends is my attempt at perfect line intended for portfolio work only. And let me tell ya, this shit ain’t easy. I used only pro-mades (pre-mades created by an artist and not a machine) and this one eye STILL took me 3 hours. From design, application, to direction this style of lashing is the purest form of art to me. I have an immense amount of appreciation and respect for this technique. To all of the artists artists who have created and achieved that infamous and desired perfect line... I sincerely admire your artistry!
As an artist and educator I am constantly challenging myself to not only provide my clients with the latest and greatest, but my students as well. I’m proud to say that even though I myself educate artist across the nation... I continue to acquire new knowledge and troubleshoot techniques that come to my mind so we can all push the industry forward to greatness through innovation!
I want to know everyone’s thoughts... can you get down with perfect line and appreciate the artistry or is perfect line not your cup of tea? Let’s get right to it 👇🏽
