Airr Toast...don’t go by their size...it’s too deceptive...these are really heavy and filling specially if you try the Pizza version that’s loaded with cheese...! It’s like Cheese Garlic Bread/ Toast with different toppings...I quite liked it 👍🏻

Here’s a little food humor for you on this #toasttuesday: Why doesn’t bread like the summer? Because it gets too toasty! Ok that one may be silly, but this sweet potato toast is nothing to joke about. Seriously, so freaking good!
2 thin slices of Japanese sweet potato
2 slices of halloumi
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 soft boiled eggs (add eggs to boiling water, reduce heat and simmer for 6.5 min)
Coconut oil spray
@sirkensingtons sriracha mayo
@traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning
Heat a skillet over a medium flame. Coat sweet potato slices with coconut oil and seasonings. Cook for 5 min on each side, or until soft. Remove from skillet and add halloumi, cooking on each side until browned. Top toasts with mayo, halloumi, avocado, and eggs. Finish with a sprinkle of EBTB seasoning.

woke up at 7:45 to get ready for my brunch shift - got called out at 8:15 😫 so back to bed till 11 it was! guess i really needed it? i find that i get a terrible nights rest if i scroll through social media in bed until i fall asleep. there are so many studies to back up this why so i take full responsibility. •
onto this simple breakfast because i already had two slices of @sevenstarsbakery Pumpkin Seed bread pre toasted from when i woke up earlier this morning 😂 slathered them with creamy almond butter, @traderjoes pumpkin butter 🎃 and topped with banana and pepitas ✨ also added some pumpkin egg nog to my coffee this morning so safe to say i was feelin pretty basic white girl. chillen & watching some of the game before heading to work at 3. hope everyone enjoys there Sunday!
