At the beginning of this year i suddenly got super motivated😂
Not so abruptly, actually, but after a good period of self-analysis which I started when realized that since I moved to Spain I progress more slowly than ever. The general rhythm of life here is super slow, many people are not aimed at achieving much, so, they aren't in a hurry and that can't but affect you🐣
When I wrote what I want to get this year i thought I would never have enough time, and then thought I actually somehow always found time before, so why can't I do it now?
What we often luck is not time, really, but rather energy and determination. Laziness and procrastination have absolutely physical reasons and the according type of solution:
1. Stop worrying. Cortisol lowers insulin, so, you eat but continue feeling sleepy, hungry and tired. This has nothing to do with diabetes, unless you try to get energy from sugar.
2. Start exercising. Energy comes during the process, after a 50 min walk at 5 km/h with incline 20 you'll be able to fly, although it sounds tiring.
3. Sleep at night. Easy but difficult. Your sleeping schedule and habits affect that in more ways than one can imagine. I suggest not covering eyes (or windows) to let sunlight in, this affects the level of hormones.
5. Eat less but better. Digestion is one of the most tiring processes for our body, if you eat junk food and don't get all necessary vitamins and elements, you spend that energy in vain. Before putting yourself on a diet you need to examine your blood, just in case you lack smth important.
6. Surround yourself with active people with healthy habits.
