A rainy Saturday in Galway!
It rains in Ireland A Lot and we have a choice, look out the widow and be annoyed or be a part of it!
We cycled around and explored Galway Wind Park and found ourselves in the excellent company of cows, sheep and deer. Many streams meander through this bogland while the planted forestry harbours a bustling ecosystem of insects and small and large mammals.
This is a gem within a stone throw of Galway city and a prefect spot for family cycling.
Boy, are we glad to be the sunshine returning this morning ☀️🌊☀️
Our summer days are fast dwindling, make the most of that August sunshine and plan a trip to Galway's own tropical paradise, Mason Island!
