So there’s this big elephant that comes out every hour or so and walks around hugging all the kids. As soon as the elephant-music starts to play, hordes of children jump out of corners, drop from the ceiling and come running. As I look up, this dad joins in, screaming along with them “elephant, elephant!” He scoops up his littlest daughter along the way so she can keep up an they all go in for a hug. Feelings are magnetic energy that radiate and vibrate on a frequency; your feelings are your vibrations. The frequency of your vibration is determined by how you feel. If you feel good you vibrate on a positive frequency and you will be the type of person who gets nearly all of what you want and things will always work out for you. However, if you are a person who experiences a lot of unwanted experiences and never gets what you want, then the chances are, without realising, you vibrate negativity.
How can we find out what frequency we are on and if needed, correct it?
1. Identifying your frequency
Write down how you feel right now. If those feelings are all positive you are vibrating on great frequency and yotur work here is done. If the feelings you wrote are negative then read on.
2. Identifying the cause of negativity
Take each feeling and ask yourself WHY you feel this way. At first you may resist this but just keep asking yourself why, until you find what has been troubling you. (If you need to cry while doing this, do so because bottling it up only makes it worse). How do you know when you’ve found the problem? The moment you find the cause, the negativity will simply evaporate and you will feel as light as a feather.
3. Disempower the problem
How? By realising the negativity you are feeling isn’t because of the problem itself but your perception of it and you can change this any time you want. You are in control.
3. Change your perception (counter suggestion)
Look at the problem and think about how it could be worse. Challenge yourself to find a positive in the situation. Then find the opposite (counter suggestion) of your situation (what you want to happen) and spend a few minutes thinking about it, as you do you should feel your energy shift — the moment it does KNOW you have just changed your frequency and raised your vibration 🙌🏼
