Don’t Practice // That’s right, we said it!! This weekend don’t meditate. Why? Because NOT meditating is actually part of the practice. Don’t sit for a couple of days... then check-in with yourself and see how you feel. Any different from when you practice regularly? Perhaps less clear, more tired, stagnant, etc. Not practicing is a wonderful way to realise how much you want/need your daily #meditation practice as a part of your lifestyle. Simply begin again on Monday • #MindHouse#MindTheHead Rg: @friends

Positive vibes attracts more positive people, experiences, moments, tribes 💫
What energy do you want to attract?
Taking these weeks of January to focus on self-love & healing; every year around this time my body seizes up, my SODs skyrocket & bleeding from almost orifice is always a given.
I don't remember exact dates anymore but the muscle memory game is still going strong even 4 years down the track of recovery. But each year the pain gets less, the bleeding stops a little sooner and the 1AM anxiety attacks last a little less - that's something to celebrate & use a grounding for further growth.
Ps. On a physical update I'm 78% towards losing 4% of my body fat & making monies with #jordanshrinksdietbet

Let’s start yoga. Flow.
A ⭐️foundational ⭐️ yoga class has just gone live on my YouTube(!!) I created this video as an introduction to flowing. And I mean that in a multitude of ways:
1. Firstly if you have never done yoga before, and you want to start, this video is a great place to. It outlines alignment details, some great warm up drills, and runs through the sun salutation - a great foundation for flowing.
2. Secondly, if you have never practiced with me you can get a hang of how I teach and cue. Hopefully you’ll love it!
3. And finally, after the two above points it is going to led us into a series of flow yoga videos I’ll be posting over the next few weeks.
This is 15 minutes of foundational things; setting up the hands; a few openers and strengtheners; understanding what I mean by flow… Not only is it great for beginners, but also great for a bit of post-workout-wind-down or a way to start the day.
I am so excited for more yoga together to come. I just hope you are too! The link to the video is in my bio.
P.s sorry for the blurry camera at the start - I am getting it sorted - but ultimately I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to filmography

When I close my eyes...I’m still in the snow, wearing my ski and chasing the snowflakes 🎿
Man the coach was really riding my back in today’s workout. 😂🤣😂
Just kidding I don’t have a coach 😜 BUT I do have 2 little people that WATCH everything I do. And this little man LOVES to sit with Mommy while I grind it out. He also likes to yell at me to go faster. 🤷🏻♀️

These are the moments I love. The pure joy on his face makes everything so much better. And a reminder that sometimes I’m a fun mom. 😂 #coolmom •

are you ready for a little mobility challenge with me? hehehe. seriously, stop scrolling, get up & try these. your poor postural muscles will thank me later 😅😇 .
THE CHALLENGE: wall angels 😇 (otherwise known as the touchdown stretch to some of my people). Stand against a wall and press your upper back, shoulder blades, and arms against the wall - your goal is to keep these against the wall the whole time. From here, you’re going to extend those arms as high as you can without breaking wall contact - can you go all the way up & down? .
If you can, gold ⭐️ if you can’t, I’d recommend trying to do this once a day, to strengthen those lil shoulder blade muscles & lengthen the front of your chest. (My people who have done this swear by it now sooo) .
Keep swiping through for 2 more wall stretches (can I pls teach a yoga class against the wall?). 1️⃣ posterior capsule stretch with your arm stabilized against the wall 2️⃣ wall chest opener - let head be heavy here and keep your spine long, if you do a lot of studying this one should feel extra juicy 🍓 .
Save these & TRY these. How’s your mobility, really?
PS - Tag me if you try this challenge 🤗✨ #yogaforathletes#yogawithhails .
OK BYE HAPPY STRETCHING FRIENDS 💛 . . .
