One of the best advice given to me by my therapist. He said, "We are like a tuning fork, the energy we emit, we attract." In one of my sessions we discussed my failed relationships. Because I was hurt, I was attracting people that were also hurt. Which goes on to continue the dysfunctional cycle.
Insanity is doing the same thing over & over expecting different results. If I wanted a different type of relationship, I had to change my energy.
The first thing I had to do was change my thoughts and expectations. They went from "I don't want them to leave me" to "I am a good person and I deserve a healthy relationship."
Emit your positive energy! Instead of focusing on what you DON'T want, focus on what you DO want!! "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right."

I had to be stripped down to my core, to become unmade from what I had turned myself into, before I could step into the life that I was destined for 🖤
I am coming up on the 1 year anniversary of leaving my almost 8 year career…but looking back I can see how I was actually leaving so much MORE than just that.
It was me leaving my old life, one that was slowly suffocating me
It was me leaving the choices I had made that brought me to somewhere out of alignment with who I truly am, where I was meant to be, and how I’m meant to be living my life.
I had made my decisions for 29 years of my existence prior to this based off what I thought I SHOULD be doing, who I SHOULD be, where I SHOULD be…always looking outside instead of within. Letting the outside voices and pressures drown out my INNER voice, my truth, until I ended up somewhere that made no sense to me 🙈
I became someone I didn’t recognize, & that shook me to my core. I was irritable, depressed, angry, SO anxious all the time, disconnected from myself, and so stressed that I was becoming physically ill.
I took the leap to leave my job and pursue my heart-centered business that my soul was calling me to, to love on and lead others to their truth and to step into their power, with no plan B. It was this, or nothing. And that has taken me on one HELL of a roller coaster over the past ten months 😳💃🏻
✨I had to completely strip myself down and become unmade in order to find myself again.
✨I’ve had to face deep rooted fears and learn to lean into trust and love to let them go.
✨I’ve had to learn how to love myself again as I untangled from what I had made myself, and became the woman I was meant to be.
✨I have “failed” time and time again, and each time has led me closer to the abundance & joy I’ve been calling in.
✨I’ve had to release and transmute massive amounts of energy, over and over, as I discovered and then released old stories, patterns, and beliefs that were no longer serving me (and what’s more, were holding me back).
All of this I have done, and it’s made me better, stronger, and able to serve YOU on your journey in a deeper, more profound & transformative way! 👇

Living in the present moment:
Benefits: Letting go of the past and not thinking too much about the future, appreciating every second by awakening all our senses.
Disadvantages: Losing the notion of time and arriving at the airport 1 day in advance to catch your flight. 😰😨
It' ok, I forgive myself for this mistake, I give a nice smile to the flight attendant as a shame disguise😊 and I focus on the positive side: 1 more day in Kuala lumpur to admire the famous Petronas Towers, these two twin towers who love each other so much that they always hold hands. Rather Im eating in a terrace of a café right down the towers at night or lying in the towers park in the shade during the day, they remain grandiose.
Vivre dans le moment présent:
Bienfaits: lacher prise sur le passé et moins penser au futur, apprécier chaque seconde en mettant en eveil tout ses sens.
Inconvénients: Perdre la notion du temps et arriver à l'aéroport pour prendre son vol 1 jour à l'avance. 😰😨
Allez, on s'excuse pour cette erreur , on fait notre plus beau sourire à l'agent d'escale pour masquer notre honte😊 et on voit le bon côté des choses: 1 jour de plus à Kuala lumpur à admirer les fameuses Petronas towers, ces 2 tours jumelles qui s'aiment tellement qu'elles ne veulent plus se lâcher la main.
Posée à la terasse d'un café au pied des tours la nuit ou allongée au parc à l'ombre le jour, elles restent grandioses.

Most of us feel insecure in this world which is built upon comparison and judgment. We feel inadequate, jealous, resentful or angry when someone we know becomes successful. The problem is not their success, but our insecurity because of it.
Our security is always in reference to the relative position of the people we spend most of our time with. If you're working or studying, you know this very well. We have a set idea and expectation of what others around us should be doing. If they suddenly achieve some unexpected level of success we feel uneasy and insecure. They broke the mold we made for them, and that was where our security came from.
We feel secure when we know that others around us are exactly where they are 'supposed to be' in life. We are like a piece in a puzzle that knows where it is, only by looking at other pieces around it. When the other pieces move, we no longer know where we are! Hence the insecurity.
To untangle that connection between what others are doing, and who we are, is to walk the road towards self-knowledge. It means we have to learn to stand alone and apart from everyone else. We must know our fears, pleasures, passions, insecurities, strengths, and weaknesses like the back of our hands.
