Memorial Day Weekend is about cookouts and Fresh Food! Visit the Tomball Market to get everything you need for this weekend!
June 2008 was the market's debut. With our first ten vendors, and a successful tomato season to boot, by August the market went from being open only on the 2nd Saturday of the month to the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month. After taking a poll of what our customers really wanted most (fresh produce), and after giving our growers two years of farming experience, in 2011, we decided to open our market every week during the busiest produce season, from April through July and have now extended into a fall season as well. Beginning in 2012 we became a year round, weekly market. For additional details visit link in bio. #BulgawiczLaw

Ouu, this is good:
The differences between a X-ray, MRI, and a CT Scan. In the event of a personal injury, you likely need all three.
Say hello 👋🏻 to Silvestra Herreda!
Our client’s car was totaled while she was stopped on the freeway 🚧 by a distracted driver. This left our client with emotional stress, physical pain and without a vehicle. 🚘 Our claims specialist, Norma Esparza Barnard was able to help with property damage. Our staff assisted with medical scheduling.
We are so happy to share our client was able to move forward with the right representation ⚖️ from our Attorney, Jose Barrera.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, we are available 24/7, nights and weekends. ☎️361-221-1850.
Asking a personal injury lawyer to write a business contract is akin to asking a proctologist to perform open-heart surgery: you just don’t do it!
Sure, we may know where certain parts and elements are located and how to navigate the general area. But if you want to get the best results, my advice is to hire someone who focuses on that practice of law. (Apologies for the shocking example, I needed to make a point clear.)
Meet Amanda at Montgomery, a business contract lawyer located in Dallas, Texas. Her passion in business law is parallel to mine in personal injury litigation, and that’s why I strongly recommend her.
If you ever need assistance with contracts, trademarks, formation of business entities, employment agreements, etc., Amanda is your attorney. She provides useful tips on her social media page, and you can follow her here.
Sometimes divorces can feel like you’re drowning or just in over your head. There’s so much to think about it, and it can feel like the water is closing in... especially when it comes to finances.
So, there’s two things that can help:
1.) Be financially aware when you start your divorce. If you were not in charge of the finances during the marriage, you should educate yourself before filing for divorce. This means getting a list of accounts and statements, if possible. This could be in paper format or saved as PDF’s online.
2.) Look for a divorce lawyer with a flat-fee rate. This one isn’t easy to find, unless you’re in Texas and working with us! 😉 We use a flat fee because a lot of people know what they want and can work with their spouse in an agreeable manner. There is no need to pay huge retainers and spend tens of thousands of dollars in those cases... hence, the flat flee agreed divorces.
We are here to make things simple for you. No more confusion and difficulty.
We are here to get you to higher ground!
One of the things I truly love about my job is that I can practice ANYWHERE as long as I have a phone and a good wi-fi connection.
You'll oftentimes find me in a coffee shop across the nation or around the world thinking of new ways to be of service--and it's always more fun fully caffeinated and with a view. Sometimes my best ideas flourish when I’m so far removed from the everyday life of lawyering and can see things from a different perspective.
Where do you find inspiration?
Ahhh... such a hard question. Such a hard situation. We all love our furry friends 🐶🐱 so there is no easy solution.
In the state of Texas, pets are looked at as property. In very rare cases, sometimes the Court will provide visitation rights. However, this is just if the Court wants to go the extra mile.
We have seen some clients find success when they determine their own schedule for who gets the furry friend and when. We suggest coming up with an agreement that lays out visitation times, transfer times, etc.
This way our beloved pup or kitty can keep on seeing both their owners and get love from all around! ❤️❤️❤️

When I had modeling contracts in Asia, my grandpa was in charge of logistics and would oftentimes map out ideal routes to go-sees and castings and timed how long it took me to get ready (45 minutes).
An agent organized the castings, and then someone might accompany me to meetings with clients or bookings. I noticed early on in my career the importance of teamwork, and it is something I rely on heavily today as an attorney.
In my absence, I still feel productive and efficient because of my co-counsel and all that they do—lots of moving parts in a personal injury case, trust. And the icing on the cake? My assistant, Michelle! Let me tell you how calming it is to know that everything runs smoothly, especially when you have the best people supporting you. It’s certainly one of the key components to success, along with service, gratitude, and integrity.
Some of you have inquired about the gratitude posts I share daily on my IG Stories...
In 2012-2013, I was probably at the unhappiest point in my life. I’ll spare you the heartbreaking details, but I sat at my desk studying for the Texas bar exam in January 2013 and urged myself to think of something to be grateful for.
I barely scribbled something along the lines of ‘my family and my dog, Wasabi’ and instantly felt a mood boost. I practiced gratitude every time I felt icky until one day, “yuck” was no longer my default (<— that, along with a dedicated yoga practice, good nutrition, and surrounding myself with happy, positive people).
Gratitude, as I’ve always said, is the foundation of happiness. And a daily gratitude practice can really set the tone for a purpose-filled day. So tell me, my friend, what is something you are grateful for today?
