Off to a great start this season! My little QB has lead the team to a 2-0 record so far...even scoring the first TD of the season on a great run! This past weekend he threw for 2 touchdowns. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the season has in store.
I gave him his own bottle of Max spray and he’s been consistently using it. He loves having it on the sidelines and can feel the boost both physically and mentally when he uses it. And I’m sure it’s helped his recovery too. Check it out ⬆️ link in the bio or DM me.

The BCEN will be offering all their exams for $195! Regularly priced at $370 ($250 with ENA membership) the tests will be discounted ONLY on September 27 & 28, 2018.
If you are a Full-time or Part-time Kaiser Permanente UNAC RN and pass the CEN Exam, you can submit for a one-time-Recognition Payment of $500, or $250 if you’re Per Diem, using Form #3620. Recognition Payment for renewing your CEN is $250.
Your manager must sign Form #3620 and input earnings code “846” in the Special Payments box and reference “National Certification Recognition Payment, UNAC only.”
Fax Form #3620 with a copy of your CEN Certification to HRSC 877-477-2329. Then wait for HRSC to enter info and have payroll issue payment.
Another BCEN exam you can sign-up for to challenge yourself, while the discount window is open, is the CPEN. 😉
If you plan on obtaining a manager position or applying for a position at a new location, having your specialty certification is advantageous. Employers see your certifications as a commitment to your profession before you even interview. So stack the chips in your favor and make your resume stand out.

Ada soalan diterima, better buat bodyweight exercises je dulu, lepas dah pandai tu, baru boleh masuk gym, betul ke?? .
Jawapan saya: Tak semestinya. Contoh, anda nak push up guna berat badan tak mampu, jadi anda perlu kuatkan otot chest n triceps dgn menggunakan dumbbells or barbell dulu.
Jawapan tambahan, nak buat pull up, mampu kah angkat badan sendiri terus? Semestinya tak.. Maka kena kuatkan otot back dulu dgn buat beberapa exercise di gym mcm lat pull down, back row, deadlift etc.
Sebab apa better guna gym equipment dulu utk improve performance bodyweight exercise? Sebab equipment ni ADJUSTABLE. Boleh angkat ringan dulu, lama2, boleh la angkat makin berat. Klu angkat badan sendiri? If fail angkat berat badan, no other options.
P/S: I'm still working on my pull up. Now baru dpt 1-5 reps sekali jalan. Soon nak la merasa 10 reps kan.
