Who loves snacks???? 🙋♀️🙋♂️How about high-protein nutrient balanced delicious snacks?😍
As a busy mom, who works-out, and works from home, snacks can be challenging...too easy to grab something my body doesn't need or not get the right NUTRIENTS & PROTEIN my body does need. My snack game needs to be on point💥 I need to fuel myself with balanced nutrient rich goodness to keep my energy up throughout the day!🤗
We all do, that is if you want to....
* increase natural energy * decrease stress * sleep better * release unwanted weight * increase lean muscle * age more youthfully
These are easy to make and super yummy🙌🏻 Thank you, Lisa for the recipe.

The weather was not cooperating so I’m hop on the trainer early this morning and completed the kitchen sink workout that @hunterpeaks at @peakscoachinggroup created.
I love this workout!!! 🚴♂️💨💨
Time to rest and recover. 😊
If you want results you've never had... You gotta do some shit you ain't done before
But make sure that the extra work is moving closer to your goals and that they are actually goals you want, not ones that you where told you "should" have or sound good when you tell your mates
It will get real tough to put in the extra work if you pushing for something you don't want for reals
For more ideas around this the book "The One Thing" is pretty fucking epic in setting in place strategies to get you moving in the right direction
I reckon your better to just collect resources than expend them going for something that you arent really that keen on and wasting the effort
Getting a better cardio base is one of my big focuses right now, as to help me with anaerobic capacity for all my "cardio" events when it comes to peaking at the end of the year... But all this work would be somewhat wasted energy that i could direct elsewhere if i was still powerlifting with no other subordinate goals that require this effort.
20 mins of Assault Bike + 25 mins of Stairmaster today 😜
Really enjoying getting back into the grind of cardio and pushing myself in ways mental and physically I haven't for a while and seeing the results come with that, especially knowing that all this extra effort is really going to bring forth much stronger results come my competitions at the end of the year/early next year 💪💪💪💪 LETS GET IT!!!

Deadys from last night 🌃
170kg x 8s x 4 (with 3 reps in tank)
10kgs up from last week - super happy with how they are feeling and the speed on them
Really enjoying having someone plan my trainings for me so I don't overthink it and/or run myself into the ground which i am super prone to doing... And in reflection this was probably my biggest down fall when it came to my powerlifting journey. To often programming my own shit thinking i knew it all and stagnating very frequently because of this behaviour
At the same time I was also very good at chasing short term goals always looking for a PB rather than focusing on my long term goals.
Working with my coach now am fully focused on peaking up in 8-13 months. Is awesome to see my base build up slowly and making space for me to build from there... off a strong foundation to go and outperform all my previous bests and be the best I can possible be.
This has given my an amazing amount of focus having really big long term goals to look forward to and has brought forward massive amounts of intention to my training, building it slowly up rather than getting disenfranchised when not hitting new PBs every 6 weeks
Focusing on staying my lane right now rather than chopping and changing when i don't see immediate gains. Trusting the process and putting in the work to get where i want... following my strategy for long enough for it to bear the gains of the hard work. Very excited to see how it goes as i move forward with the plan 💪💪💪

I was blessed and honored to be added onto Team Isagenix, a little over a year ago. For those of you who don’t know what this is, it is a group of composed of both professional and athletes in the top 10% of their sport.
I am so excited to shout out my 2 teammates that were chosen as Team Isagenix athletes of the week! These women are not only amazing runners, but also Mama’s in a mission mission to help others up level their health and feel their best at any age!
This is what they both had to say about their Isagenix journey so far…. •
🌟”I went from feeling like a burnt out, worn out, and stressed out mama, to crushing major 10k and half marathon races in the top 10%, I couldn’t imagine not letting people know about this fountain of youth I have found! So many people have watched me go from that couch potato to a marathon runner. They have followed my journey and watched me become transformed from succumbing to the “mom bod,” to being in the best shape of my life at age 42! They’ve watched my story play out in real life and on social media. To date I’ve personally helped over 200 people get started on an Isagenix lifestyle system and couldn’t be more honored to help my friends and family invite me on their health journey working towards living their best life! 🌟My heart yearns to help those burnt out, worn out, and stressed out mamas who haven’t discovered their “athlete inside” yet.. I want them to know they don’t have to succumb to who they are, if that’s not who they want to be. Because I truly believe everyone’s mental, emotional, and physical best is ALL WITHIN REACH!” •
🌟 "Everything changed once I started using Isagenix. I was honestly just looking to drop 10-15 stubborn pounds so my body would better reflect all the effort I was putting in. That happened quickly along with feeling more energetic. I remember running along one day, at a comfortable pace, and realizing that my “comfortable pace” was about 20 seconds faster than it used to be! I really was in shock! Applying my efforts in a body that was lighter, leaner, stronger, and better nourished quickly took me places I never dreamed possible. Faster 1/2 marathon
This girl is near and dear to my heart as Rachael is also an endurance runner for my team of athletes !! Our shared nutrition and performance line turned this tired and warn out momma into quite an elite runner!! Thrilled to highlight Rachael Friesen as one
of our featured Team Isagenix Athletes of the week.
Name: Rachael Friesen (As in “Colorado is *freezin’* cold right now)
City, State: Arvada, CO (outside Denver)
Primary Sport and rank/title: Endurance Athlete- half marathon runner!
Primary Profession: Part time Elementary School Social Worker, part time Health and Wellness Consultant with Isagenix (2-Star Golden Circle, 1 Star Crystal Executive)
Mission/Vision: to help people find their “happy pace” in life, being able to be mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially healthy living their best life at just the right speed!
Favorite Product: Eshots were my first love and have always been my “spark plug,” while Recover has become my “isacrush” and the miracle it is. Thanks to Recover, I have never had to walk down the stairs backward the days following a race, the way my mom use to in the 80’s after she ran a marathon!
#1 Go to Playlist Song: Although “MmmBop” can put a good pep in my step, in reality I prefer to listen to a book on Audible, and I’m currently listening to Michelle Obama’s “Becoming.” How did you first get into your primary sport and for how many years?: The week I started Isagenix in August 2014 was the week I dusted off a treadmill in my garage that I had yet to use. I just knew I needed to move and get heart healthy. At the time I was burnt out, worn out and a stressed out mama. I had clocked 0 miles of running since leaving high school varsity athletics 18 years prior. My occasional hiking and snowboarding were the only activities keeping me moving those days. With running I thought heck, it is an independent sport, I could do anywhere, at anytime, and the gear wasn’t too expensive. My mom, and two older sisters were marathon runners and so perhaps it was in my blood 😉
As being apart of a wonderful and inspiring group of elite athletes , I can’t help but want to share their stories to inspire and show others what is possible!!!! Meet my friend, teammate and biz partner, Allison!! Hear from her...

Faster 1/2 marathons inspired me to train for a marathon that would qualify me for the Boston marathon. I’m now 2 months away from my 4th consecutive Boston!! The Amped line has provided a comprehensive approach to training that I was missing before. It’s certainly evident in the running itself, but even more notable is the post running experience. Much less soreness and exhaustion. This past spring I ran a second marathon 1 month following Boston! I allowed myself some much-needed recovery time, but was able to jump right back in! 🌟 Everyone deserves a chance to feel and be their best. The stories that inspire me every day need to be shared…because people are so desperately looking for solutions. The integrity and no-compromise commitment of this company isn’t the norm today. I love sharing the lengths Isagenix goes to to produce systems and products that create real, lasting transformations! I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for Isagenix. The health transformations alone are enough to make me want to connect with others who are ready for change, but the financial benefits have been an absolute blessing in our lives too! #teamisagenix#athletes#team#support#entrepeneur#runner#loverunning#tesults#nutrition#informedsportcertifiedperformaneline#liveyourbestlife

Going from feeling like a burnt out, worn out, and stressed out mama, to crushing major 10k and half marathon races in the top 10%, I couldn’t imagine not letting people know about this fountain of youth I have found! They have followed my journey and watched me become transformed from succumbing to the “mom bod,” to being in the best shape of my life at age 42! They’ve watched my story play out in real life and on social media. Isagenix’s business opportunity has afforded me the opportunity to go from full time to part time work as a school social worker. I am not only able to be home with my family more, but can utilize my days working from home, to get in some extra training hours. .

life is hard because you’re either staying in your comfort zone or moving out of your comfort zone.. they’re both uncomfortable, so I’ll keep going and choose the one with growth on the other side 👋🏻
Change is about making something new happen. Change for the better, and keep changing to improve. When you look in the mirror and you don’t see the perfect version of yourself, you better see the hardest working version of yourself. Work/Action makes results happen, wishing/talking does nothing!
Really really really CBF'd training this morning when my alarm went off after having had far less sleep than I would typically determine reasonable to train on or even wake up on... So I told myself after finishing all my shoulder press work that i would just do half the work on all the following exercises but just kept moving and tricking myself into doing one more set everytime haha
Ended up being a fairly good session (got through it all) and definitely glad i got my ass out of bed and stuck with the plan. Always feel better when i get up and move in the morning before getting into work 👌
It may not always be easy to keep going when it seems to be getting hard or tired but it is worth the effort once we start to reap the benefits... It is very fucking rewarding 💪
Just keep moving, just one more step. Don't quit. Don't leave regret on the table, coz we only really get one shot at this life. So may as well go for our dreams right, what else is there at the end of the Day? 😜 ...I say this for my own benefit and hope that others may get something out if it.
LETS GET IT!!!
PROtein. Everybody needs it. .
But you know who needs it most? Men, women, children, those that exercise, those that don’t, those that need weight loss, those who need weight gain, and especially those camped out on their weight loss plateau. And don’t get me started on those growing teens who need this!
BUT, consuming a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in grams of protein a day is dang near impossible without help!! This lil’ gem ⤵️ will SAVE me... 36g of protein with each meal, without a thought (or 2 dozen eggs involved 🤭). And TODAY, I get to order the *NEW* and limited edition 🍮☕️Caramel Latte IsaLeanPRO Shake flava flave... say whaaaaaat?! .
To my customers, you need this!
To everyone else, you need this! 🤣. To my husband, I’m sorry for the bank notification you’re about to receive after this epic purchase 😬.
Did I mention CARAMEL?!!!! .
And so it begins!! The 6 day process to prime my body for race day!! One of the significant, positive impacts that Isagenix has had on my life relates to my speed and running endurance. And one of the biggest game-changing products has been NOx!
AMPED™ NOx is a pre-workout product comprised of nitrate-rich vegetable extracts and polyphenolic-rich fruit extracts. These vegetable extracts, from beets, red spinach, and celery, provide high levels of nitrates that convert to nitric oxide through a series of reactions. Those reactions then lead to vasodilation and blood flow throughout the body.
The bottom line...as an endurance athlete my muscles get a better supply of oxygen and a better pathway for the removal of waste product to allow me to go the distance! Improved stamina and speed over the long haul.
What are you willing to give up???
Success requires sacrifice, it is definitely no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, grinding and most importantly...Loving what you’re doing!
Training is a passion of mine and has been since I was a little girl. I’ve competed in 7 different sports over the years and have always had a love for building a strong and athletic body. I spent 10 years training others to be strong, agile, and to perform and feel better. Training for aesthetic purposes over performance this last year has been a new challenge for me, and I’m grateful to have had amazing coaches and mentors along the way! I’ve learned so much about bodybuilding and it’s hands down been the most challenging of anything I’ve ever competed in! 100%
I live for the every day life and grind of it and not for stepping on the stage. That part scares the shit out of me!💆🏻♀️ None the less, I am beyond proud of myself for what I’ve achieved thus far even though it’s been far from a perfect prep!
2 months of a deployed husband, over a month of kids on “Holiday” break, not as much time to grow my business ....it’s never going to be perfect you just have to be willing to adapt and do as best you can. I’ve definitely made plenty of sacrifices along the way but knew that is was necessary to achieve this goal.
Stepping on that Aussie stage as a proud American, a mom, a military spouse and a natural athlete on Sunday will be a very special feeling no matter how I do, I feel like I’ve already won.

Have you heard of protein pacing for FAT LOSS?
Essentially, you can build muscle 💪🏽and burn fat without severely restricting calories (I have a few science backed articles I can send if you want to read more).
• Spread protein over 4-6 meals per day.
• Consume about 20-30 grams of protein, or 25-35% of your total protein intake, per each meal.
I like to keep things simple without compromising quality. Tomorrow (Tuesday), I’ll be sharing a wonderful tool for you to utilize if this is your goal too. 💌

I’ve always, always, always, since I can remember, before I was even pregnant with Theia, saying that I never wanted to work a job that kept me away from my family. I wanted to be able to enjoy our time together instead of being forced to leave them to work a job I probably wouldn’t even like, especially as a military wife. Honestly, my daycare costs would probably equal just as much as I would make working a “normal” job anyways. Thanks to IsAgenix now I get the best of both worlds. I don’t have to rush out the door every morning and leave her behind. I get to stay at home with my baby and spend time with her. Watching her hit all her milestones and learn new things everyday. I’m my own boss! How cool is that? I get to earn an income from the comfort of my own home, while keeping my self fit, and the best part of all is I’m helping people reach THEIR goals too!!! If you’re looking to lose weight, have more energy, or just feel better overall please think of Theia and I! We’d love to help you while you help us!
Put the work in.
Sacrifice nothing. 🚴♂️💨

Cheeky swolfie after training this morning!! Definitely noticing big gains in upper body since focusing heavily on moving up my strict pressing movements in my training and getting my nutrition back on track also 😀😀 So grateful to have this world class nutrition system in my life to help with all my health goals and now training. Not sure where i would be with out them 💪💪💪
First, you start counting the reps.
When you feel the burn, that's when the reps start counting.
The first few reps within your comfort zone use the fitness you've already got.
The final few reps that challenge your comfort zone build the results you want!
As it is in training, so too is it with Life...
Those who learn how to endure moments of discomfort build the Life they desire!
Make each rep and each moment count.
Make the most of every workout and every day.
