This morning was everything 🙌🏼 It was Beachbody’s quarterly #SuperSaturday event where we workout together, learn together, and get to grow together as leaders. Last night, I got a message from the host asking if I would present for the group about my success 🙀 ME?! Two years ago, I attended this same event with the same people and was a brand new coach looking up to THEM! I am SO freaking grateful for all of the people who have trusted me as their coach over the past two years and to Beachbody for this truly life changing opportunity! A video of my impromptu speech is coming soon 🙈
Movie night ✌🏼A Star is Born just put me in a high key funky mood, but it was produced soooooo well. #astarisborn

We loved exploring the Dingle Peninsula! We stayed in Killarney and drove the loop in the evening, after all the tourists were gone. It rained (which we loved!), and we took our time enjoying every minute! You can read more about it in my newest blog post: “How to Spend 36 Hours in Killarney, Ireland” (link in bio!) 🇮🇪
Do you like traveling in the rain? It rains often there, so we felt like we were truly experiencing it! I’m glad my husband was in charge of driving in it though! 😜

This is my favorite travel photo. It captures a moment that took my breath away! My favorite Irish town is Killarney, because it is home to this beautiful place! New blog post: “How to Spend 36 Hours in Killarney, Ireland” (link in bio!) 🇮🇪
Have you been to Ireland? Or is it on your bucket list? ♥️
Hey! I’m Leah! 💫 I thought I would do another round of #fridayintroductions ! Here are 5 random facts about me. I’d ❤️ to get to know more of my followers, so please share a fact or 2 (or 5) about you in the comments! 👇🏽
I started my travel blog a little over a month ago & am loving it!
My favorite cities are Paris & London. There’s something so magical about the culture & history in these beautiful places. Check out my newest blog post: “London: A Perfect 4 Day Itinerary” to see how we spent our time in London (link in bio!).
My most popular post so far has been “5 Days in Paris: A Perfect, Relaxing Itinerary” (link is also in bio!).
Speaking of Paris, my husband and I went there for our babymoon (notice my baby bump!👆🏽).
Our baby girl is a bundle of joy! She loves the adventures we have taken her on so far (🛶 ⛺️ 🚗). I’m looking forward to blogging more about our family adventures!

You know your teacher friends like to show off and stuff. And you thought you were doing something by finishing ONE of your bulletin boards 😩 TAG that over zealous teacher friend who already has their room finished! 😂
True Life: I retook this picture over twenty times, because I thought I looked fat in all of them.
As many of you know, in college I struggled with exercise bulimia. I actually didn’t know I had it until a couple years later (when I was “over” it) when I stumbled upon a description of it. I thought what I was doing was normal until then.
I gained about 15-20 pounds freshman year, because I ate whatever I wanted (rip meal plan) and did nothing active except walk to and from class. I was struggling to fit my clothes and felt tired all the time.
As a solution (or so I thought) I started counting calories with MyFitnessPal. It expanded into full fledged exercise bulimia. I allowed myself 500 calories a day plus whatever I burned at the gym, so usually I would start my day off doing heavy cardio and abs for hours at the gym. If I had one pretzel, it was going in MyFitnessPal. I usually had less than 1,000 calories a day and got all the way down to 102 pounds at the age of 20.
I’ve now found a much healthier lifestyle. I haven’t counted calories in over two years. I’ve learned how to use portion control instead and eat a daily diet of vegetables, fruits, carbs, healthy fats, nut butters (almond butter is my fav 😋), and protein. I work out almost every day, weigh over 120 pounds, and lift weights (something I was scared would make me gain weight).
With that being said, I would like to think I’m in a healthy state of mind now. 99% of the time I’m very confident and even when I fall off track I don’t get stressed because I know I have the tools to get back on it. HOWEVER, I still have issues with body dystrophia. I saw fat on my body when I was 102 pounds (yikes) and I don’t know if I will ever completely lose that way of thinking 1% of the time. The difference now is that I have a team of women supporting me who won’t LET me fall back into those unhealthy patterns.
If you struggle with anything I’ve mentioned, send me a message so we can chat. I wish someone would’ve been there for me when I was going through this, but I didn’t even KNOW what I was going through until I was out of it. I’m here for you.
