Keys to the game: Steelers vs. Bucs. 🔥 This week is going to be a tough game against the Steelers on Monday Night Football. I think if we want to have a good chance at going 3-0, here is what we need to do! 👇
1. This one should be numbers 1,2, and 3 😂 But the first and most important thing I think we need to do is try and contain (Hey, I did say try) Antonio Brown and Juju Smith-Schuster. We CANNOT let them torch our secondary, or we're going to lose this game. This is an even bigger concern considering all the injuries we have at cornerback. If we are able to keep AB and Juju in check, we have a great shot at winning this game.
2. The linebackers need to clog up the running lanes. Stopping the run game is going to be huge to our success, or lack of it, this game. Whether it's Le'Veon Bell or James Conner running behind that line, both have big play ability and are a threat we need to neutralize.
3. We need to establish a run game early. With the receiving core weapons we have, that is going to be the obvious threat defenses prepare for; that being said, that should open up the running game for Peyton Barber and Rojo. If we're able to get out to a quick lead and establish a strong ground game, we have a good shot at winning this game.

SHOULDER FLEXION MOBILITY
Building yet again off of our last two posts!
If you want to work on shoulder flexion mobility, you better first have assessed your shoulder joint capsule. AKA, do you have normal internal and external range of motion at the shoulder? If no, then that’s your starting point. Review our last few posts to get caught up!
But who’s to say you can’t simultaneously work on shoulder flexion? That’s the purpose of today’s post. This exercise is an amazing exercise to work on alongside restoring your shoulders’ rotational capabilities.
Really focus on feeling a stretch in your lats/armppit area. You shouldn’t feel any pinching on the back side of your shoulders at any time during this exercise. The only thing you should feel on the back side of your shoulders are your muscles contracting to try and pull your arms farther into shoulder flexion.
