We all need time to rest. Time to have peace and quiet to recharge and reflect. This rainy day will be spent in my comfies, with hot tea and my puppers beside me. I have a hard time with taking a day to just stop, but it's so very needed...for all of us!

✅Yes, you need to plan every week and go into that week with a CLEAR plan to be able to maximize the usage of every available hour of your week.
BUT you have to LISTEN to your BODY! 💯

Turning OFF your PHONE for an hour… 📴
Going for a WALK in the woods… 🌲
Yes, you can be PRODUCTIVE, but LISTEN to your body. 👂
Your body needs a BREAK. It needs to RECHARGE.
So don’t forget to PLAN and EXECUTE your BREAK TIME! 📆

Such a common feeling. Two things to consider when this happens: 1) Can I get a few things done then save the rest for later? 2) Is my body and brain telling me I need to rest? 🤔
