Long post alert!!🚨 .
So here is my daily tracker, seeing as though we are around half way through February already (😨). I have stayed on plan every day since I started on January the 2nd and I’m so pleased with my progress. People are telling me they would love my will power and motivation - let me tell you something, this is the first time in all my (many many) diets that I have had this much motivation and will power. Something in my head has just clicked and I realise its time I need to make a change. I’ve lost 4 stone before and piled it back on, even then I didn’t have this motivation!! My best advice to all my fellow slimmers would be to 1) stick with it! Believe in the plan and the results will show. 2) your head has to be in it! If your head is only half there, it’ll show! 3) when you struggle due to temptations (I get this A LOT at work) with cakes, chocolate etc. Have your own on plan treat as a substitute. Don’t completely deprive yourself else you’ll either feel rubbish or go off plan anyway! 4) make interesting meals, keep getting new inspiration and find meals that you LOVE! For example, I have a Fakeaway pizza every Friday and I love it. It feels like such a treat yet is completely Syn Free!! I also love @jdseasonings meal kits, I mean this wholeheartedly when I say this is the BEST discovery I have ever made on a “diet”. They keep a nice variety of meals for my plan but also the recipes are simple, they are Syn Free (including the ingredients you need for them), comes with a shopping list and super quick delivery!
