When I zoom in on this picture I’m able to find so many “imperfections” but I’m trying to learn to love those imperfections. I’m learning to love every back roll, every wrinkle, how flat my booty is, my love handles, my cellulite... The list goes on. 🙈I DID NOT wanna post this.. My last kid made me stretch a lot more than I'd like, so my stomach has been a huge insecurity for me. BUT I'm determined to fix that! 🔨 I WILL toot my own horn and say that I have been working on the internal issues that have been holding me back from my true potential not just physically but in my career & life in general. I am so relieved to tell you that some very BIG things are coming very VERY soon! (like tomorrow. . keep an eye on my stories 😉)
Keeping this lifestyle up isn't easy, but a small part of my plan to get a rockin 6-pack in the next month is:
•30-40 mins/day exercising---lifting and HIIT (peep my stories)💪
•opening up to cleaner and better nutrition for my body🌱
•meditation- welcoming change, positivity, and guidance DAILY (bc mental health is just as, if not more, important)🙏

Train your body wherever you are. End of year holidays and grandma’s pancakes doesn’t mean you can cheat on your form!
When I travel somewhere, I always take my running shoes and resistance bands with me so I can have quick workout indoors even without going to a gym. Right now I am using @victoremgear hip bands which are of really high quality, very easy to use, and multifunctional. Obviously, such equipment doesn’t take much space in my luggage as well. I love resistance bands per se because you can have free workouts anywhere and engage your full body. Who else use resistance bands? What do you think of them?
