Rest days are the best days 😍👏🏼👙When you’re on a fitness mission sometimes we go to extremes, thinking that if we don’t workout hard every day that we’ll lose momentum. Wrong!
Even the best training/diet/supplement regimen will not make up for insufficient rest. You need 1 solid rest day per week. Go ham at the gym the rest.
It’s while you're resting that growth hormone is produced and protein synthesis occurs. Without adequate rest your body will fail to reach optimal state and prevent the gains you're working so hard to make.
