Me and my baby are exhausted, but it’s been an amazing three days with the graduating class of @theatreschooldepaul! ☺️To all the students, it was an absolute pleasure working with you and a privilege to be a part of this exciting and nerve-wracking adventure of pursuing your dream. ✨

We’ve been salvaging materials to build out our attic. You all will have to come visit! Doors came out of a mansion being demolished in Atherton, and the tub out of a house in Oakland. People, just because you have all the money to replace everything doesn’t mean you have to. We can’t survive this level of waste forever. #soapbox
Been staying quiet lately, trying to keep my creative side from interruption while I finish the 6 song hip hop/R&B EP I’m releasing very soon. Usually spending time in my thoughts and looking within for ideas but sometimes you need to be shook by the outside world to keep from dormancy. I’m appreciative for my gifts in life: the people and experiences I’ve recently had as well as family and friends who have been supportive of me and pushed me, and of course thankful for music. I’m excited to share my EP in a couple weeks, “Don’t Call.” So many great artists and engineers close to me came together for this and I appreciate every one of them!
I recently had the pleasure of chatting with F. Reid Shippen for Vintage King's 20 Questions series.
Reid is a 10 time Grammy-award winning mixer, producer and recording engineer who's credits include Kenny Chesney, Elle King, Sammy Hagar, Dierks Bentley, MercyMe, Cage the Elephant, Pink, Minus the Bear, Jonny Lang, Chris Tomlin, Disney, Lucie Silvas, Colony House and BASSH.
