After 6 weeks, today mark my first spike session after my hamstring injury during my 800m opener race 1 month back!
Posting this picture in thanking the Sport Medical Team Dr Rugee, Physio Manish Rugoo, Physiologist Dr Damree, the Massage Therapist David Victor, my coach Eric Milazar and my teammates 🙏🏽 It was very difficult mentally at the beginning but with the Team support things change and I got to stand up and believe in myself. Looking forward in competing in four weeks time💯

"For the first time since joining the @landmark_conf in 2007, the Susquehanna University Men's Tennis team used a win by Ryan Seibert at No. 4 singles to clinch a victory over Drew University and earn the fourth and final spot in the Landmark Conference Tournament. The Siebert win gave the River Hawks five wins on the day and Susquehanna went on to post a 5-4 win over the Rangers Sunday afternoon on the Garrett Center Courts in Selinsgrove."
Frater Ryan Seibert '19 (pictured) is the current chapter President of #SusquehannaTKE. Frater Alex Cocolas '19 also contributed two wins (singles and doubles) in the playoff clinching team win over Drew. .
The Susquehanna River Hawks Mens Tennis team was picked to finish t-7th (last place) in the pre-season coaches' poll. #neverforget

This week, I’m joined by @braxtonmiller, a legendary quarterback at Ohio State turned Houston Texans wide receiver (and entrepreneur), to share his thoughts on choosing the right agency, making the most of a Lebron James shoutout, and leaving a legacy in your hometown.
What are you doing to take your skills and abilities to the next level? We are so proud of Ignite Athlete, @donald.overbey, who has consistently been putting in the extra work. Heavy sled pushes aren’t easy, but they are going to help give him the power and speed that will take him to the next level. The extra work will pay off. #proud

Meet Laurie Ellen, a junior in Penn’s classics department and a passionate Division-1 rower for @pennwomensrowing:
"As a student-athlete, I tackle the challenge of bettering myself and my team in the pursuit of excellence. This same principle of challenging our minds for betterment of ourselves and society underlying the intellectual framework of classical studies is why I love the classics so much. The deep seated intellectual curiosity for discovering the truth has taught me not only to be a versatile, constructive thinker who contemplates the relationship of the past with the vital concerns of the present, but also connects me to a two thousand year old tradition of a passionate search for meaning." #classics#D1#academics#athletics#studentathlete
We are fortunate to have athletes that work hard for their sport and in the classroom. Tom Coene received the 'Outstanding Student Agriculturalist' award last night by the SUNY Cobleskill Ag Council. Congrats Tom!
