As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 or 20 min - you decide! Chose a weight that will challenge you:
Step / Box Jumps
12 KB Swings
12 Renegade Row
12 Chest to Floor Burpee
Finish 👉🏻 1000m Rower * Remember, you are in control of your workout, do what you are able to, with good form, modify exercises as necessary and take a rest if you need to. *
SELF-APPRECIATION SUNDAY 😘
I've been pretty hard on myself this week so this morning I'm taking a moment to appreciate some good things. One of them was getting my chest closer to the wall than I ever have. In fact, I've never been brave enough to walk my hands in! The fact I felt like I could means I'm feeling much more comfortable up there 😊 Maybe I *will* manage something that feels like a proper handstand before the year is out 😁
What I appreciate about this is that I've kept going with this goal for 2 years now. I'm still not there, but I'm SO much closer. I appreciate my persistence, my ability to keep trying even when a goal seems really distant, and the fact that for those two years I've been looking after my health. There have been ups and downs but I kept going - and really that's what it's all about 😘
Take a moment to appreciate your wonderful self today 💕 What do you admire? What's made you proud this week?
Sometimes I surprise myself. And occasionally it’s in the good way 😆 Fried my legs as usual on Friday and had an epic squat tekkers workshop with @reset.fitnesspt & @edgamester gamester yesterday 🙌🏻 so really didn’t expect much from my usual Sunday leg sesh this morning but by some miracle hit a new PB on deads 🤷🏼♀️ [email protected][email protected] 🤗💪🏻
Maybe it was the extra confidence from the support and plans for further improvement yesterday (maybe it was the biscuits 🍪 cos we got treats too 😋) in any case I’m excited to see what they can do to these deads in a few weeks time because if they can help out a long-levered-stiff-ankled nightmare (just look at that right knee making a bid for freedom at the bottom of the squat FML 🤦🏼♀️) tweak my weakest lift then I have high hopes for something I’m better at. 💯 recommend checking them out 👌🏻

Breaking down the clean and press, having to work on one cue at a time to improve my clean. Focusing on getting under the bar for now and when that’s feeling more intuitive I’ll try and crack the hip thrust! Presses all feel comfy at all sets at 45kg today
I remember the times when I thought it is easier to practice once you bowl for a living because there is that different kind of motivation : money. Shortly after I went on tour I realized that money is never the reason why people wake up in the morning with motivation to crush another day but the PASSION is. #KeepTheFireAlive friends 😘

10 simple ways to stay connected to Mother Earth by taking care of her💚🌎🌻🐿🦋
1️⃣ Reduce, Reuse Recycle! This ones a given.. and when you clean out your fridge, wash and reuse as much plastic as you can.
2️⃣ Take your own bags to the grocery.. I have 1 GIANT duffle bag that I use for my weekly groceries and it works perfect because I can carry everything in 1 trip😜
3️⃣ Use less water, take shorter showers. Try to use water like we DON’T have an unlimited amount.. because we really don’t😬
4️⃣ Less straws/plastic utensils- Use your own reusable silverware and straws (can get them at most camping stores or online)
5️⃣ Buy your detergents/soaps in bulk. We refill our big bottles at a local bulk store! I know not every place has this, but if so you should def utilize it :)
6️⃣ Eat more plants and real food, less meat and prepared food- for humane reasons and environmental reasons!
7️⃣ Get a reusable coffee cup and water bottle - you’ll save loads of plastic with this one!
8️⃣ Use compostable garbage bags and food wrap - I order mine on Amazon prime :)
9️⃣ Shop wisely.. buy less plastic and junk in general! Stay out of the middle isles in the grocery store as much as you can. (this is good for your diet too)
🔟 Use wash clothes instead of paper towels to cut down on what you throw away.. we keep like 20 in our kitchen at all times.
WE are the generation that has major potential to make some change in the world. And we are more concerned about the well being of our planet than any generation before us.. But if we educate one another and put in some effort, we can make a difference.
I encourage you to pick a few of these to inhabit in your lifestyle.. that way you will be taking part in helping our planet too!
Don’t lose hope on us yet, Mother Nature! We love it here and if we just have a little more time for people to educate each other and become more mindful, we can fix this mess🙌🏼 The time is to act now!! Comment Below what you do towards helping the planet. Let’s learn from each other :)
